Having rewatched "Ashen Wastes" video again, I keep sticking on one detail: right before the infamous "gun it", V says "It's not showing up on camera... no one's going to believe this." And, just as he says, we can't see anything until they do the charge and a few seconds before impact a very very ghostly image of Slendy appears in the middle of the road.

It may have been suggested by someone already, but, given Slendy's penchant for breaking rules, what if he's figured out that cameras capture his presence somehow and is finding ways around it? I also recall in Reunion, how he was standing right in front of the guys while they were reading the note, and no one noticed. He's been playing games like this ever sense appearing in Evan's house.

Maybe, just as people like Evan and Zeke (from "Seeking Truth") are taking steps to stand up against Slendy and figuring out his patterns, Slendy is taking steps to counter how we fight him by breaking those patterns and using new tricks.

There is some definite timewarp issues going on. If that's OUR Evan, he's over 40, unless he was snatched by Slenders as a child after release or something.

I swear I've seen that code before-- I'm pretty sure in one of my math courses in high school. I'll see what I can do with it, unless someone gets to it first.

I think I've seen that code or language before too, but can't recall where.

I don't think our Evan was a child of the '70s, so it begs the question of just WTF this is about. I will say that when Jeff first mentioned their old school, Corenthal, etc. I'd had a feeling all 3 of them were together at said facility as kids for more than just a typical education. I think there's a lot we don't know about all of them, that only Jeff may recall which could explain his bizarre manic behavior since running off.

The code is Pig Pen Cipher, or Freemason's Cipher but it must be double coded because my initial run at it is generating gibberish. Keep in mind if you make an attempt try flipping that photo 180 degrees. I am getting valid letters either way... just no words yet.
