From the sounds of Jeff in the last video, he's already snapping. His voice was manic for starters. I can't figure out what he says after Vinnie tells him that damsel is insane but that giggling, manic voice should be all they need as a warning sign that he'll soon lose it.

 		Okay, I've got the three Hidden videos I know of (.-, ... and ---) dl'd and on WMM right now. I've got Windows 7 so I had to dl the old version- nostalgia, man. But anyway, are there any other hidden videos I've forgotten?

Oh. Last night I picked up Only Revolutions, Mark Z. Danielwski's other book (the first being House of Leaves). If the guys shout out to that, too, I'll be sure to tell you guys.

 		So I rewatched A Day in the Life, and has anyone said anything about how insistent Evan (of all people) is to go home? He claims he just wants to get home before dark, but like they said it was still really early.

Rabbit and Habit... this does not bode well for Alex - together with the gashes, I really think he's going down. And it breaks my heart.

Whoever said the muted conversation between Jeff and Jessa looks like a classic "I have to go/do this, but it will be okay, I love you" conversation was right. Only it looks like it was her who had to leave? But it's hard to tell... They're so damn cute Sad

So, the tweets, the Centralia video, Alex's video, the dead rabbit pic... I think I'm all catched up? Time to go plant some epileptic trees...

Speaking of which, I don't really understand what "puzzle" they are referring to in that segment. Just the abstract puzzle of why Jessalyn would have been in Centralia? I don't see a solvable puzzle presented either to us or them. I'm also curious why they went to Centralia in the first place. I know that WE have made those connections, but have they acknowledged that?

 		I think Jeff meant the "puzzle" of what the Land of Ashen Waste was referring to.

And Jeff responded to someone's suggestion of Centralia with "Sounds very, very familiar". So it's not completely out of nowhere.

I noticed it. At the time, I just thought he had maybe seen Slendy. Given what may or may not have happened that day, though, maybe he was the only one who remembered anything...<<

 		I called it! I said Evan was having deja-vus when he stopped to look intently at random spots! He was remembering stuff the others didn't!

LOL, I know how you feel. I spent about half an hour wondering if there was significance in Evan's tendency to poke around in holes (in the ground and in a tree in "Day in the Life", and then walking through the trench in "Centralia") before I realized that, hey, holes full of junk are interesting. Smile

We talked about the fact that the drowning figure at the beginning of .- appears to be wearing plastic gloves, didn't we? Like, 300 pages ago.

EDIT: Tree time! Slendy doesn't turn humans into puppets at all. He's sort of like a cuckoo putting its eggs in another birds nest--he plants his offspring in human hosts where they develop either as parasites inside a child or in a larval stage that appears human for the first 20 or so years of its life. He's not stalking people at all; he's just an anxious father waiting for his children to finally hatch. And if somebody like Rev. Green starts endangering the eggs/larvae/pupae, he takes action to protect them.
