 		@Adah: Its not a bad theory, that's how most of the Blogs postulate Slenderman gets passed around. Then you have the Habit who is probably a similar thing.

 		I always thought that the Rake and HABIT/Evan where of the same. Why else would the Rake tear up Jeff's papers? Papers which presumably about HABIT. If the Rake's as feral as it seems, then why did it obviously go for the papers specifically? Its not like it was going around destroying everything.

I also like the idea of HABIT/Evan becoming the Rake. HABIT/Evan always seem to share similar feral qualities. That being said, I wouldn't be surprised if it was a viral thing. I'm in the sit and wait camp.

 		I'm up for a HYBRID meet-up (though I don't drive, and getting a friend to do so might take a considerable bit of persuasion).

New Jersey seems the best place for everbody. I'm here in PA, others are in the NJ, NY, and possibly DE (I think that was the one for Delaware, been too long) area.

Yeah, I hope for no freak out, but combine Slendystalking, a missing girlfriend, some strager leading you on a wild goose hunt, and your brother disappearing because he didn't want to worry you, and you;re prbably gonna end up with a mental breakdown of some kind.
The only problem? Does the Rake keep following Alex (in which case I hope he takes poor Sparky), or does it go after Jeff or one of the others (in which case I hope Alex doesn't take poor Sparky)?

Maybe the Rake is like a kitten and just noms on anything that looks edible. You know, like how kittens will shred entire rolls of toilet paper? I'm sorry, my new kitten made me very angry this morning.
But, yes, sitting & waiting seems to be our best bet at this point. Although I do like running through epileptic forests occasionally. As long as they don't involve slash or monster sex -- ARE YOU LISTENING, KAMEN?

Well, since it seems to have been singling Alex out already, I'd assume it would stick with him. But, seeing as how the boys already saw it when Alex's wasn't around... I just cast my own idea into doubt.

Or Philly. Its not hard to get to Philly via Megabus from anywhere on the East Coast/Chinatown bus anyway and its close to NJ.

 		So, I'm wondering if there's something we overlooked earlier or if we're pretty much aware of everything we should be aware of at this point. I've been looking back over some of the earlier videos and a weird piece of dialogue from "No hysterics. Not yet" jumped out at me. It starts at about 0:29, and it's just after Jeff says he's gone down South looking for somebody whose name is all over the papers he found.

I'm not certain that the word "sends" is right there. It doesn't seem to make sense, but neither does anything else.

Whatever that word is, and whatever it means, that whole quotation is weird. What "trail" could he possible be talking about? It's not the trail down South to Corenthal--he's saying here that his road trip was in opposition to whatever "they" set up for him.

So who are they "they", and what does Jeff think they were doing, and how does he thinking finding the medical records foiled them? And what does all this have to do with Jeff's tweet from earlier in the road trip, "I'm not playing someone's game. Let's break the rules and follow a loop-hole. Something he didn't intend for me to find."

Is the trail the boxes? That makes sense at first, but those started appearing before Jessa disappeared. (In fact, it looks like Jessa may have vanished the day the second box was found, which may or may not be a coincidence.) If they're not meant to lead him to her, what are (assuming they are they trail) meant to lead him to?

I have no theory, except for the growing conviction that Jeff has been withholding something huge all along.

Almost 100% certain this would never happen, but god... can you imagine. I think we would have no choice but to lose our minds completely.
