Also, the VII closely resemble the arrows.

ALSO, the letter calls the kids "my children" - so Corenthal wrote it, right?

Ooh, good catch. I think we're still on the fence about the package, but this makes me more convinced that it's authentic.

I thought it may have been Corenthal. I think the lack of sleep and the fact that he "lost" the children may have caused some psychological problems causing himself to fight internally. At a guess the VII means there's varying letters being sent out. This'll be number 7.

Assuming this is real...

I'm betting that the redacted name is Damsel. The letter writer specifically refers to the redacted person as being artistic, along with Vincent.

The reincarnation speculation seems a bit more plausible after this...

Linnie was taken east, but was also traveling east to find the guys. When did she go west?

Things I now want to see... the picture diary, Corenthal's trunk...

Could Linnie be his actual daughter? He refers to the "mining town four" Vince, Evan, Jeffrey and XXXX... and then Linnie as his family. Are we looking for Linnie Corenthal? Does anyone have a good relationship built with Jessie to ask her about that?

@Adah -- I'm seriously confused by it, too. I don't know if someone just read the thread & got the idea from that, and if that's the case, was it just a troll, or did the guys take the idea & run with it? I want to know what's going on! Sad
