 		Funny how I actually jump in and say things nobody's pointed out before:

- violet wristbands
- violet tape over Evan's mouth
- VIOLET TAPE where the box was hidden

Now, I wonder who gave us that box... maybe the guy with the violet tape on his mouth?? Wink

 		lol i post purple is important "Yesterday, at 4:52 pm" sorry anonymousity. And in the video they said the tape was from one of their friends probably evan so does that mean evan is slenderman cause that would just be stupid. Maybe evan is a masky type of guy working for slenderman

 		The purple tape has made several appearances (marking the box location, the shrine in the sleep deprivation video, and over Evan's mouth) as well as being the colour of their wristbands. I think it's reasonable to think that the colour purple is either going to be important to the story, or serve as kind of a 'hey look over here' thing to help us out.

And the purple tape was explained in the sleep deprivation video by Jeff as being from someone's work. I think Alex's, but I could be wrong.

 		I don't think that Evan's gone completely crazy YET, though I could very well be wrong. I think he's slipping in and out of... something weird. Maybe the purple tape is a calling card or something to announce that he's going from normal to weirdness? Maybe it's some kind of trigger for him?

 		The first non anonymous post I've seen on there translates to "the flood cometh" in google translate. And it's in German. What's with all this german?

In the original "Paranormal" thread, the Slender Man was depicted in German woodcuts from the 1500s. It's considered the "earliest known description," other that one Egyptian piece.
