Someone needs to test this.

If Slendy comes a-knockin', I'll let you know how it works out. I've got a 4 month old kitten who likes to bite pants. Although, since my little Noah may actually be the devil, he'd probably just end up rubbing up against Slendy's legs and playing with his tentacles.

I think the slenderman mythos needs more cute animals. EMH did the right thing by introducing sparky.

The Slender Man mythos has cute animals -- they just usually wind up dead in people's front lawns.

does that mean anything to anyone????
we got some weird comments on EMH'S channel, so i suggest we look into it asap and find out if it is canon-no canon

Although the ideas of slenderman and the rake waltzing are now taking up residence in my head and will not leave.

It'd be a weird twist of fate if iliekike333 turned out to be jeff.

lol not smart enough to be jeff, but thanks for the compliment xD

Dude, those are the lyrics to Hotel California. Derp.

Okay. Fine.

It's weird and gets silly in the end, so bear with me.

So the dog, my wife and myself were sleeping. It was night(which should have been my first hint, since I work nights/sleep in the day). Then, my phone started ringing in the front room. My wife elbowed me in the face and told me to go get it. It wasn't until I got to the phone when I realized it was playing "Who can Win a Rabbit". Undeterred, I picked up the phone and answered it. Nothing.

Then I heard something like a door slam on the porch/balcony.

I walked over to the door and moved the blinds. I couldn't see anything.

Like an idiot, I move the blinds and start to open the glass door before I turn on the lights. I finally did so just before opening the screen door.

Someone had set up one of my camping chairs. Someone was sitting in one of my camping chairs.

Someone with a stupid(AWESOME) hat.

I practically did a backflip.

I stepped back to grab my phone and some nonexistent weapon.

When I turned back, Alex was at the screen, whispering. Not really a traditional whisper...more like a "OH GOD MY LARNYX IS CRUSHED" thing.

"Rabbit or Habit or You can win a Rabbit, Jay(My name...I know..I'm already slenderfucked)"

I don't think I said anything, but I stepped closer. Like I said before, his eyes were gone. They weren't necessarily gouged out, but you could see flesh in the holes. (A lot like his youtube background, but with reddish pulp instead of black).

The white cottony bits of his hat were stained red. He had purple tape around his neck with blood all around it.

When I took the step closer, he raised his hand and put it on the screen(For those of you familiar with Donnie Darko, it was just like that scene with Frank in the bathroom). It said something on it. I really wish I could remember. I want to say it said ARK, but I don't know if it's just me substituting it.

He said something else and then leapt over the railing.

I went out to look down, but didn't see anything. But TILT. was carved into the wood.

And now this is were it gets silly.

In the city where this apartment, there is a unique thing you can see from the highway. The apartment complex is like, right next to it. But a well placed tree blocks me from seeing it from my porch.
Unfortunately, this wasn't the case in my dream.
Guess what was wearing a gigantic black suit and had some tentacle action going on while it stared at me?

And I woke up.

Thank you.

If i ever have a slenderdream, i'll let you guys know.

although i'm pretty sure i have a subconscious block that keeps me from having nightmares.

Not that that helps when i wakeup at 2 am terrified to look at what might be sitting on my bed....

I really, really, really, hate whoever it was that linked a drawing of the rake a while back. Without a decent warning.

Edit: by 'a while back' i mean 200 or so pages ago.

Very unnerving, Jay. Very unnerving.

Although, what's so scary about 'Who could win a Rabbit?" I wonder. The only thing that freaked me out was the video. The song is really catchy.

No. It's hilarious.

And sad. It shows me how way too obsessed I am.

It's a little trippy for me. This coming from someone who listens to Passion Pit and MGMT on a pretty regular basis.

I love it. EMH has made me a fan of Animal Collective; I love trippy-sounding music for some reason. Razz

I'm kind of surprised how little of you here know about them. I've been a fan for a while and recognized the references in EMH, but I never thought to point them out -- and when I did think to, they already had been. Ah well.

Actually, I discovered them around the time I began reading House of Leaves. Shocked

Not really important, but curious: who started the faceless icons thing? because I gotta admit, that's a good touch.

I was also thinking more about the Habit thing - is it possible that the guys are just trying to give the Rake a nickname, kinda like how people call Mr. Tall Dark and Handsome the Operator? ... thought that wouldn't seem to fit with the whole '71 Evan being called Habit.... hmrn.

I must draw this movie poster.

This may be me being paranoid, but I now have a cough that won't go away DX Let's hope its pneumonia again as opposed to Slender-induced... and now that I've read the message on CYSTW, I feel my paranoia is confirmed. Fits into the whole "the audience is the target" deal.[/quote]
