Speaking of Slendy dreams.....I had one a few years ago. Which freaks me out because I didn't know about him back then. Anyways:
It started out with me and my ex house mate looking for our other house mates. We were looking all round our house but it was different. Different furniture covered in dust sheets, cobwebs everywhere, didn't look like it'd been lived in for years. Our old house was a converted stable at a safe haven for the Knights Templar so it was creepy anyway. After searching all round the house and hearing a few noises, we got creeped out and thought we'd look outside for them. Off we toddled into a field......when we lived there it was all cobble stones in a courtyard with some sort of well in the middle of it. Like a HUGE pit. No idea what it was but a few other tenants in the houses around ours had turned it into a small garden. So this field outside the house, it's lined with small conifer trees and 2 hedge rows that lead down to 2 houses at the bottom. We notice that the lights are on in the house at the bottom of the field and start walking down towards it. I notice that one of my laces are undone and crouch down to tie it up, thinking that my friend is besides me rather than behind me I stand up and say something to him.....except it's not him. I'm looking into this alabaster face, head cocked slightly to one side. He had the suit and everything.
So, I scream and look towards my friend and Slendy is now stood next to him.......he notices and screams like a bitch. So we start running like hell to the house with the lights on. As we run past the hedge rows we can see Slendy pop up in random places, behind the trees, at the edge of the hedges, by the damn house. By this point we realise that our other house mates are now no longer alive, fuck knows how, but we realise that Slendy has us no matter where we run or what we do. Whilst running back up the field in a desperate bid to get away we run past a tall part of the hedges and all I hear whispered harshly in my ear is "WITCH"......I'm wiccan so go figure. What freaked me out all the more was that I was asleep on my own in my room and it was one of those sounds that you hear outside of your sleeping self and integrate it into your dream.....like hearing your alarm clock going off but it's an alarm in your dream sounding. Needless to say I was rather jumpy the next day.

Woke up with a big scratch over half of my face yesterday. It's really thin (thankfully, so no Rake), but it certainly freaked me out all over the day. It goes from over my left eye up to the right side of my nose. It's pretty long though, and I have no idea where I got it. Didn't have it when I went to bed two days ago... Which was when we got the tagged-message...

So, paranoia, RIGHT??

Hm. Dunno. But I remember a nightmare from long before I was a regular on the internet. Tl,dr; he was standing outside my window, silhouetted from the lights of the car dealership, and when I woke up, I didn't know I was dreaming, so I said absolutely still in my bed for hours.

I know I've been suffering from increasing bouts of insomnia, as well as the general air of paranoia. This stuff has a way of getting into the mind, I'm afraid.

Well, the Operator was made to represent deep, basic fears of all people - being followed, being hunted, being watched, the unknowable. S'only natural he would scare people so badly. And here I am, having nightmares about him. And Freddy Kruegar, but that was only once. And horrifying. And the Mass, but I won't get into that.
