I notice they haven't cited a source - I can only imagine they've taken the same as we have with her manager's twitter and blown it out of proportion. They're definitely on twitter, they started following me since this started and they seem to have a fascination with this Dave Stewart guy if the recent article list is anything to go by.

Hrmmmm...the Babbage still isn't decrypting the 5 I entered last night. They're just sitting there, on deck. This thing is super slow lol.....

It seems to decrypt in the order they were entered (except, strangely, Shizzire's special code). Mine are all going to be decrypted together, then it'll move onto AzureWolf's, etc.

EDIT: in the chat we just figured that the sound file for 925B35 is a message in morse code. Here's what we make of it...
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
MODING FOR THE BIRD TOWER, TAKING DOWN JACK.

I expect that the first part is wrong, but everything from "the" onward I'm absolutely sure on.

That ethrill.net seems to be a fansite of Dave Stewart and Annie Lennox (who were Eurythmics in the 1980s/90s).

Bird tower = The Tower in London?
Taking Down Jack = the Union Jack, England's flag?

Okay, we've got about 4 hours until Babbage resets our entries again. I'm going to draw up a new code list, assuming everyone input their codes (except fanfan's mistake which I've accounted for). It looks like other people have entered codes as well, since there's more black files than codes I can account for, so I'm going to reverse the order to be sure we cover everything. New codes are in the spoiler box below...

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Set 1 - Claimed by Agent Lex
1DFADC
8CFFD0
CB8E0C
4EC7C4
791792

Set 2 - Claimed by AzureWolf
80CFE8
10FDD2
EACB3A
D959B0
2BA7AD

Set 3 - Claimed by JLopez
AB7D45
9BCED6
CD0F2C
A4B8CD
71B15F

Set 4 - claimed by fanfan
0F9BC8
2C8FD9
43C85F
7AC176
6F1906

Set 5 - claimed by SamuelofR247
9F8712
1C496E
C4B536
ED9F5A
B60C57

Set 6 - claimed by Shizzire
73F130
785FF4
3F21CD
DA7EF1
7E9951

Set 7 - claimed by Shizzire
E80A5C
174E84
14F437

As I said, I think the ones near the end have already been input by someone, but I don't know who. If you know what any of the black files are, please let me know so I can update the wiki page.

EDIT: Edited out the codes that Shizzire input.

Just confirmed what we were all thinking, that we finished the Lord Magpie puzzle, I stumbled across this: http://storage.conspiracyforgood.com/javascripts/magpie/magpie.js and page 10 with the youtube is the last page.

I was going through the code as well but didn't spot it, you are right.

They should have given us something to enter our name, address or a "thumbs up" or "congrats" or else. Good to know now. Thanks.

In a new post the Eurythmics fansite refers to Ann Marie's management at WME regarding her "missing" status:

Emailing the webmaster of ethrill this morning produced this response that I received just now.

Dave Stewart also tweeted it in the meantime.

It checks out. Thank you so much Claire, that was money well spent. Appreciate you playing this close to heart, we'll definitely want to move in May. Pegbox has some cool ideas we've been working on. Have you stayed in the loop on that?
I'd be personally gratified if you wanted to coordinate with me on this. Maybe over that lunch?

Thank you again, Argyle

Dear KC,

I can't help but notice that your little log is broadcasting all over Babbage. Is this a cry for help, or just the usual crying?

Love,
Katharyne Thane

In other news, the official chat is being trolled by people who've probably been sucked into this by thepiratebay, including one of the admins it seems. Yeah, turns out the PMs actually emailed thepiratebay under the Blackwell Briggs name. That... hasn't gone down well.

I've noticed that no matter what order we put the codes in, the results continue on a fixed timeline.

That may also be why some codes are taking much longer than others, IE, to slow down the timeline.

TO WHOEVER IS MAINTAINING THE WIKI: It might be important therefore to record the chronological order that these were decrypted.

Good idea, I've put the list under the grid.
