sweet baby Jesus.
the influx of OT and completely non-ARG related posts is seriously nauseating.
People should go post in the I/O tower forums for that stuff...
IMO

thats the purpose of this thread...
the Mythbusters say ginger pills cure nausea
also, i got the "Art on TRON: Legacy" book today...um...there are a bunch of typos i caught...on one page they spell "sentries" "setries"...throughout the Castor section of the book they call him "Zuse" (maybe a working name for the character?)...they spell "derez" "derezz" (that one im not so sure about. i always thought there were only 2 z's in the past tense form of the word)

i've drank some ginger ale before typing this ot post.
daft punk's derezzed song is spelled with two 'z's since i assume it's past tense verb. otherwise, i've seen it spelled derez.
if you don't mind going through spoilers,
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
the 15 minute behind the scenes video has quorra telling sam about zuse. zuse, rumour has it, changed his name to castor to protect his identity. when it comes to details, how different the graphic novel is when compared to the movie is still up in the air.

The London HP ePrint Tron Legacy Experience Queen Elizabeth Hall/Southbank Ive just got back from London and uploaded my pics to Flickr and i have to say it was well worth the 65 mile journey.
It can be best described as a mini version of what our lucky American friends have experienced with Flynns arcade.
On entrance there is a mini Flynns arcade(only one working machine...but it was Tron ) that went into an area that had the full size light cycle model,a machine playing the TL Daft Punk video, 2 xbox 360s playing Tron Evolution and 4 or so hp hitech printers where hp staff took your photo next to the light cycle, printed it off and put it in a nice photo holder.
I got there at about 4pm and just after 5pm(when it was dark) they put on a good Light show on the roof of the building.
All in all a good evening out if your a Tron fan in the London area (the free event is on for only one week and the last day is Thursday) and if your a mega Tron fan(like me ) id say its still worth the treck if you live miles away
My personal fave bit of the night was meeting tronprogram (an admin from Tron Sector) there who brought along his original film prop Flynn helmet...and put it on me
Here are links to my Flickr pics and the webpage of the event

If I had a place to put it, I'd jump on it.

$200 is a steal for a TRON arcade cab! I was happy to get mine from a friend for $300. Someone should go grab that. If I lived in the area, I certainly would just to make sure someone who appreciates it would get it.

Yer this one nearly went under the radar. If it wasnt for tronprogram posting about it on the Tron Sector forum i wouldnt have known about it...just as well i had the next day(Saturday) off.
There was no queue to get in and you could spend as long as you want in there.
It wasnt busy at all, there couldnt have been more than 50 people in there at any one time(including staff) so it was easy to take photos of the light cycle.
Being next to the busy German christmas market on the southbank you had people walking past wondering what Flynns was.
Thanks for your comment on the pics,it was hard keeping the camera still with the cold

tron legacy twit live special twit live finally broadcasted their tron legacy special today. it was supposed to air yesterday but they had tech difficulties. sarah lane said they'll upload it to their youtube channel some time soon:
http://www.youtube.com/user/twit
i spotted vehicle designer daniel simon sporting a flynn lives shirt:
she got a chance to directly interview joseph kosinski, steven lisberger, garrett hedlund, olivia wilde, daniel simon(vehicle design), & eric barba(vfx). the jeff bridges interview was a pre-recorded generic behind-the-scenes clip mixed in with previously released b-roll footage.
