[PETITION] - seriously!!
Since this was moved to "archive" - PLEASE, MAKE AN EVERYMAN HYBRIDS FORUM AND MOVE THE DISCUSSION THERE!!

The show is unique, shares little with MH and is still HAPPENING!!

It is getting bigger as we speak, and should get its own sub-forum!!

Whoever wants this, please sign here!!

 		Eh, sure. I wouldn't say it shares little with Marble Hornets though. It's got the same antagonist and several similar elements.

 		It's not like it's showing signs of winding down or anything, though I do like the convenience of having it all grouped together in one subforum. It might be nice to have a 'Slender-ARG' forum where we can keep track of the active ones...

Though I have a feeling that the rest of the Unfiction forum would rather see us kind of quietly disappear. We ARE kind of the cesspit of this place, considering the trolls, the really stupid or pointless posts, and the obvious lack of reading the Unfiction TOS/rules. Embarassed

 		I say we get a whole section for SlenderARGs, and have sub-sections for the big ones like EH and MH.

That's not quite the accurate statement.

uF was never built to provide a space for roleplaying, I'll give you that. Thus we are not quite sure how to handle that beast. The idea behind uF was always to provide players with an OOG resource where they can discuss the various ARG's without "playing" the game.

Trolls will come and go. They will remain if you feed them, they will succeed if you abandon your enjoyment. Yes, they are attracted to /x.

Pointless posts: well...ditto. The "oh wow, this is cool" post will happen in all the forums. We will never step in and become the posting police unless it's completely out of control and inappropriate.

Lack of reading the ToS: Here's the short version - PM's cannot post IG in the forums. Yes, there is RP'ing going on in some threads here and, for better or for worse, it's happening and we will not stop it at this point. Yet the biggest problem is when the PM is either a) a fan of the original project that's attempting to recapture the "magic" or b) a game-jack attempt. Since we can't really read minds all we can do is watch. If the side project lacks the originality of the main event then it will always be linked to the original thread and will follow it where the main thread goes (in this case, Ephemeral).

Just think if I started an ARG where the main guy is Evan Chan for example. Wink

 		It would be simpler to rename this forum the Slenderman ARG Forum for all things slender-related.

And take it out of the archives because some are still going.

Not quite that simple due to the several stickies that are MH specific and other programming aspects that I am sure would put a lot of you to sleep.

Yet, let me speak with my fellow admins and we'll see what the overall feeling about this is.
