ETA: NOTHING TO SEE HERE BUT SOME PRETTY FLASH.

hi guys (ETA and gals!). I accidentally passed this on youTube. i'm not sure what it is. Any ideas?

http://start-the-change.org/

I'm gonna start to dig on it as well... just thought I would share it first...

there's a timer on the bottom of the website. Looks to be 4 hours 43 minutes left. 7pm tonight (EDT)!!!

The facebook page HERE states:
Quote:
The advent of the Internet has drawn epochal changes, introducing the concept of constant and immediate availability by creating data processing system connections organized in a worldwide nodal network. The internet has given consumers and sellers the power to shape a new world in which purchasing an item or service is only one click away, in which potentially anyone can create a successful business from the ground up; However in an era in which online shopping and e-commerce are commonly associated with risk and fraud, in which danger is always around the corner and customers' transactions are constantly at stake, are we really safe? Is there a reliable way to clearly distinguish verified sources and content from unreliable ones? The answer is YES!

We call it: omniFEEDBACK.

A tremendous shift is coming to online shopping, and with it a platform so powerful no one will have to shop blindly ever again. Be part of the revolution, START THE CHANGE!

Both the FB and twitter accounts show pictures of the ominous "ring of circles" in various locations around the world. They circles (as noted in the descriptions) seemed to be "counting" up.

There's one pic with fibonacci spiral. I read about that the other day when learning about the "golden ratio". Weird how these things just show up all at the same time...

ETA: This is definitely "viral marketing" but i don't think this will turn into an ARG. Looks pretty though.

Yes it is for a product:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
http://www.omnifeedback.com/

omniFEEDBACK is the first independent third party platform which shifts the traditional rules of feedback and turns it into a certification. It's a proactive system which automatically sends an evaluation form only to real customers using a unique and disposable key with no need to register.

The system is a win-win for both buyers and sellers. Buyers benefit by knowing which merchants to trust and seek out and which to avoid. Sellers have a tremendous tool - the positive voice of the authentic consumer - to spotlight and distinguish themselves from non-certified competitors. Everyone benefits!

Edit: Nevermind my post, I had only read the first post in the thread before digging, and realized after that there really is nothing here, except some "pretty" flash stuff.
