Oh I remember ALF well. Think I still have a stuffed animal in storage somewhere as it is. Ok that was almost too dorky to admit. LOL

i have a autographed picture of alf with paw print from when i was a kid lol sad i know

Oh i have the large stuffed animal Alf.And a small puppet Alf from Burger King.lol So its on. We just need a dvd of the Alf cartoon and we are set lol.

I think a poll is a fine idea for picking a consensus nickname. Lots of great suggestions so far! I'd start one just to learn how to do it, but I can't seem to find the controls for adding one to the thread (don't have long to look either).

I think a lot of people have submitted their entries purely jokingly (I can't really picture calling it Mr. Grumpypants) so I would guess you should ask people to PM you with their "official" entry before opening the polls.
