Use punctuation and spaces and count over each space on each clue (ignoring first clue)
This gives you these letters
VONGEYEGUOAIL
Subtract "eye" and replace it with "I" (sign in back)
Typical Telephone Cipher:
1-866-448-6245
Sorry, I transposed a wrong letter. I edited the post to reflect the right solution

The number is 866-445-6245. They already have all the entries though.

I figure that is because they already have their 25 people. Catherwood is apparently one of them!

You know what it is, though? Remember, if the Watermark IRS people took the money from Sloman, than that means in paying it out, it is coming from them, correct? And if the people who win have to keep their mouths shut until a winner is declared and the money handed out... aren't they keeping the whole Push, NV thing silent as a result?

When the woman answered the phone and told us that they already had their winner, she also said to go online to PT and download the book. Maybe they'll keep the story going online even though it's finished on TV. It could be a good conspiracy story. Something to keep us busy for a little while anyway.

I just had to ask if anyone else is ticked off by this?
I was going on the assumption that we had to determine the location of the missing money ... but instead all we had to do was figure out a phone number
Unless when you called you had to give a location ...? Does anyone know? That would make me feel a little better ... I mean hell, it looks like I just wasted a month and a half looking for something that wasn't there ... or was that the point
