tbh, I think Milo is not dead, per se. He is a minion, taken by slendy from the grave.

 		He was SO close to being the first person to have his story bleed over to a real person's channel. But he does get to be the first person to have his story bleed over to TWO real peoples' channels.

Man, these things just get more and more fun, don't they?

 		ok... this is so weird... but go to sarah's video, and in the beggining when she points the camera out the window at noah, you can see what i think is a slendy prop next to noah, except it pulls back behind the pillar... tell me waht u think

 		She was filming the door, and THEN he rang the doorbell? I'm rather concerned about that. Unless this was like the second time he rang, and she was just forcing him to wait longer while she set up her camera.

Mabye he sent her a message that he was nearly there so she set the camera up then for him arriving.

I agree with this statement wholeheartedly.

Also, she could have had her camera ready to start recording any second, and maybe could hear him coming? I know that I can generally hear cars pulling into the driveway and the opening/closing of their doors when people show up. Perhaps she heard him coming and grabbed her camera?
