well, yes, but i imagine he may be using it to represent an eye. slendy has his operator symbol, so the observer wants his own little symbol to sign things with when he can't just draw his little eye-cross thing?

In fact, it almost seems sort of like an opposite of the Operator symbol, doesn't it?

 		Just popped on twitter and saw the hacked messages. Those were very creepy. It looks like the unknown caller is working double overtime.

Maybe it's high time Noah analyzed the footage from Thanksgiving. This Watcher needs to be stopped, he's getting awfully close and seems more confident.

 		I want to deconstruct this symbol. Yes, it makes the impression of two eyes overlapping, but I would swear it reminds me of another symbol that isn't coming to mind right now.

Assuming that the eyes and the circle are in fact filled electron orbitals, that means it's a sort of cartoon picture of a carbon atom (2 electrons per orbital because of spin states)

 		Maybe the horizontal eye shape represents the physical eye and the vertical eye shape represents the 'third eye' or 'atrophied eye' or the 'pineal gland' or the 'seat of the soul' or any other myriad of wonderful names.
If this whole thing runs screaming into the realms of DMT, the reptilian brain, etc, I am so going to be on that bus of pure awesome.

Edit; Just did some research, the ⊙ symbol is also used to represent the pineal gland, especially when coloured blue.

 		Damn, it's always the days I'm not attached to the computer by the hip that interesting stuff goes down.

Anyways, analysis time. The riddle was rather simple to solve, so I think the answer is less important than the question itself, as The Observer said.

The Observer wrote:

"Your follower in the light." This isn't the first time that The Observer made reference to light, specifically movement through it if I remember correctly. The light could be literal, as the next line references night time, but I think it's more likely a metaphorical light as in that which is good, choosing the right path, so to speak.
"Invisible in the night." If we stick with the metaphorical, this could mean the 'evil' or 'dark' path. Being invisible originally made me think of a lack of presence, but it seems more likely it means he is present, but unnoticeable. This could mean The Observer is of the 'dark', therefore blending with the surroundings, or something else entirely. I'm not sure.
"Present in the sun, but not the rain." Another line I'm not entirely sure what to make of, but Slender Man has been connected before with water (rain) and fire (sun). In addition, wasn't there a video with Noah's pool during a thunderstorm, along with a few shots of the rain? Perhaps Slender Man= rain, and The Observer = sun.
Finally, "I do no harm and feel no pain". This could imply a number of things, the foremost a lack of ill intentions towards Noah. Or it could imply that should Noah continue doing whatever it is The Observer seems to 'know about', that the punishment or consequences will be dealt by something other than The Observer it/him/herself (possibly by Slender Man?). Feeling no pain could imply an inhuman entity, or even a human with sociopathic tendencies.

I'm curious by how The Observer refers to us as it's 'children', and even describes feeling pride in us. Not sure what to make of that. However, the statement on how all that we see are shadows being cast strikes me as Plato's allegory of the cave. Using that allegory, perhaps The Observer is parallel to the freed prisoner, able to see the true form of things, unlike us who merely watch shadows. And if we further follow that analogy, chizuru could be right in the ⊙ symbol representing the sun, as Plato also used the sun as a metaphor for 'The Form of The Good', the source of illumination. This could mean that The Observer is trying to show or lead Noah to 'the truth', or something along those lines.
