HOLY SCHNIKES

That was pretty damn scary!

Also, am I the only one who just drew the observer symbol on their hand? Laughing

I've watched that scene again with the HD settings and max screen. I'm going to have to disagree, it looks more like the reflection moving on the glass than movement behind the bush.

Did anyone else keep catching glimpses of Slenderman as Noah ran out of the house? I thought I saw something right as he went to open the front door. Anyone with a good eye want to check and see if I'm crazy?

Looks like just some trees in the front garden to me.

So obviously, as everyone else is mentioning, scary Noah is scary, The Observer and/or Slendy was there, and Glasses is definitely The Observer, but the thing I found most interesting about this was Noah creeping with his camera outside the house. That's the most obvious mirror of Milo's behavior I think we've seen to date, and I'm really excited to see where this goes.

One thing I was disappointed with was the fact that Noah kinda spoiled the video before hand. Don't get me wrong, it was still quite scary, but we had been drilled repeatedly on everything that happened and there were no surprises. We knew that Noah was going to go crazy and leave covered in blood, and we knew The Observer was there in some form or another. In fact, in terms of actually revealing new details about the story, I think Day 1 was probably more important because it revealed that The Observer is Glasses.

However, as I said, a very well done video, and I was sufficiently freaked out, just a little less surprised than I wanted to be.

I screenshotted what I'm talking about. Because it doesn't look like trees to me. Anyone else see it? It's at around 11:31.

in that case, tho...

your teenaged daughter invites her internet friend over for thanksgiving. her male internet friend. then in the middle of the night you hear loud noises and sounds of a scuffle and run out to find said daughter's internet friend covered in blood and basically fleeing the premises. hell, even just the fleeing the premises thing is cause enough for a storm of expletives.

I'm afraid I didn't find this one very scary. Entertaining, sure, but not very scary. And Noah has improved as an actor... but the crazy scene still came off rather weak, to me.

Anyways, direct thoughts:

When they arrive at Sarah's dad's house, the shot of the dad coming out actually startled me, because I was expecting Slenderman at any time. And also, let's get in dad's shoes: A guy your daughter met on the internet comes over in the middle of the night acting all jittery, looking around through a camera, and then asks where the bedroom is because he and your daughter are going right to bed. I'm surprised Dad was as chill as he was.

There were a lot of creepy, sinister moments, but I felt nothing was really the ULTIMATE TERROR, like in some other videos. That black and white shot from the Token letter, with the zooming through the house into his room, that was fucking terrifying.

Also, this is Sarah and Noah struggling with the knife. The white part is the blade, the shape to the far left is Noah's head, and the camera is sideways so we're looking at it oddly.

Finally... Sarah has been awfully chill these past few weeks considering what went down. You'd think she'd be a bit less friendly towards Noah after he rushed at her with a knife.

I thought this video was creepy in a Blair Witch sense. Both the first and second movies. Finding Noah with his back turned was reminiscent of BW1 at the end (and a few other films as well as EMH in 78 of 76) and the possessed girl of BW2 near the end.

The only things I have to add that nobody else has said yet is am I the only one who believes the cards from the A2A game are important? The knock knock joke one was used later when they heard a knocking. The others could be important as well.

And yes...Noah running crazily after the camera was scary, but the screenshot of him smiling I just can't take seriously for whatever reason. I cannot suspend disbelief enough. Maybe the fact that a player was used takes away from it, I dunno.

EDIT: Two more things that caught my attention. SOMETHING happened when the dad came out near the end. A door slammed and the father questioned it. Also, when Noah got in his vehicle at the end, the camera became distorted again, and I swear the sound of a back door was heard as Noah was getting into his car. Did Slendy/Observer actually GET IN and ride with him home? Cause that's REALLY creepy.

He's a decent actor too - he sounds precisely as pissed off as I'd be if I found a houseguest had been getting blood on the nice furniture.

Something I picked up on is how Noah is aggitated at the fact that they are going to Sarah's Dads, maybe he knew something would happen from what he saw at Sarah's back garden?
