These are the lyrics, the bolded part is the one used in the video.

I think it may be safe to assume Noah is out of the picture for a bit. After watching the new vid for the umpteenth time I wonder if the face we keep seeing is actually Noah?

I also keep coming back to 'Hold your breath', maybe something else is coming soon.

Alright, it's morning, I've put this off all night... let's analyze!

We start with a little scribble that slowly morphs into the Observer symbol with a real eye. It's the same movements from HelloThere. "HELLO AGAIN"
We see a sign: "Start!" simultaneously teasing with boardwalk footage and signaling the start of this video.
We see the boardwalk, from a perspective I'll call Boardwalk View A. This is not the first time we've seen it, I'm pretty sure, especially in an Observer video.
"YOU ARE CLOSE." The tower appears, and we see the Großemann's tentacles swirling up out of the top.
"BUT. YOU MUST COME CLOSER."
The epic boardwalk zoom. At around 0:28-ish, we're at Boardwalk View A.
"WE ARE STILL IN CONTROL."
We see... something, I really have been wracking my brain on this. It looks like a hand holding... a set of scales, perhaps?
Twitchy hand on a wooden floor with observer symbol. "ALWAYS." I wanna be with you and make believe... nevermind This might actually be at the boardwalk, given the roughness of the floor.
A shot of trees which dissolves into white. "YOU ARE CORRUPTED." black on a white background... interesting.
Creepy things. Looks like bacteria to me. Fades to black only to fade back onto more bacteria. "SLOWLY."
A dead rabbit rotting into nothing. "SURELY."
Someone standing in the driveway of Noah's house with their face scratched out. "LIKE ME." This must be the Observer. He walks towards the door of the house and either goes inside or vanishes, because when the shot lightens enough we see he's gone. Noah is becoming like the Observer, eh?
A printer printing out portions of the observer symbol, and then printing out endless copies of it. "YOU CAN NOT ESCAPE US."
A brief shot of the tower interior.
"YOU CAN NOT STOP US." What looks like... maybe programming the Token virus? something technology-ish.
Brief shot of a broadcast tower. I don't recognize it from any previous videos... maybe we misinterpreted and this is the tower referred to earlier on?
"WE WILL NEVER TIRE. SLEEP. REST. STOP."
A brief shot of... something. I've also been trying to figure this out. I see some leaves, possibly some ferns... and maybe a tree in the distance? I don't know...
A figure in silhouette wearing glasses. They lean down, take their glasses up, and sit up to reveal the eyeball from "HelloThere". The hair actually first made me think Noah, but it could be Milo. Or maybe even the Unknown Third Party©. Also, the figure is sitting on Noah's bed.
Walking along the boardwalk, briefly.
The mystery page. I've never uploaded a video to youtube, so I don't know if that's what we're looking at, but it looks that way. The name up at the top says THETRUTHISALIE, and what I'm guessing are preview pics are all observer symbols. The title likewise says "THETRUTHISALIE", and the video description looks like a constantly scrolling wall of THETRUTHISALIETHETRUTHISALIETHETRUTHISALIE. "WE ARE ALWAYS A STEP AHEAD" reminds our narrator.
We see someone in a room with a couch walking around holding a camera. The PoV leans out of the way just before the camera aims at them. At first, I thought this was from the Thanksgiving Footage, but if it is it's a shot I can't find. It's not from when he first shows up, and doesn't appear to be when he goes to bed... it's really odd.
"THE BOARDWALK AWAITS." Well, Noah went there, so...
Boardwalk View A returns, and the Observer walks out into view in the distance.
Fade in on "Trail open." This reminds me of "There are doors unopened", from Marble Hornets. The Observer's calling us back to the boardwalk.
A mess of images blur past:
-Water with some raindrops falling into it
-A sandy trail (around the Boardwalk)
-A lagoon or a lake
-A fish flopping on the boardwalk. "Yeah... it's kinda weird if you were the fish, you know. Just being taken up out of your natural habitat. Here I am, minding my own business and uhp, nope, out of the water!" "Heh heh heh... man, I feel like that every day."
-A small branch pulled out onto the boardwalk.
-A picnic table in the trees off the trail.
-A leaf, super close up.
-Something else super close up. Not really sure. A palm tree, perhaps?
-Looking up at the tower.
-A tree from an angle that can't be natural. Must be on a mid-level of the tower.
-The same shot of the tower interior from before.
-A shot of the boardwalk from an inch above the ground.
After that, it cuts to black, and we resume. It's another shot of Milo from Submission 3, this time when he sets the camera on the table and opens the drawer to get out his pills. Whoever's observing is doing so from the hall.
"YOU MUST. COMPLY. COMPLY. COMPLYCOMPLYCOMPLYCOMPLYCOMPLYCOMPLY." It fades quickly through a shot of the bottom of a staircase. Maybe Noah's house? "OR ELSE."
Someone, let's go ahead and assume Noah, getting dragged away. Not from the Thanksgiving footage, though that's what we're supposed to assume. Maybe it's Milo from submission 6. "WE WILL TAKE YOU AGAIN."
Noah on his back. He's sleepy, unaware, and slowly opens his eyes and blinks. He opens his mouth and his eyes roll up into the back of his head as tentacles squirm into frame and the shot goes black. He's leaning against something wooden.
The audio gets a bit louder as the word "FORCEFULLY" comes up, twitching about madly.
"HOLD YOUR BREATH", observer symbols on the O's.
THE NIGHTMARE FACE. Reminds me of cockmongler. Oddly, the pupils on the glasses sorta move around as he raises his head. Also, still sitting on Noah's bed.

Thoughts: YEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH D:!
Fucking terrifying, especially the ending. Um. Anyways, the language implies one of two things: Either Noah's still alive and will be returned to us so he can watch this scary stuff, or we were the targets all along (which doesn't make much sense, I suppose) and Noah's dead.
Whoever the Observer is, they have Noah's boardwalk footage. For some reason, Noah's boardwalk excursion wasn't good enough?
Anyways, this is, without a doubt, the scariest TribeTwelve video to date, and one of the straight up scariest videos I've seen in a long time.
