Sadly I see the hat and goggles and think of #3 from Multiplicity.

I like Noah, no matter how moronic he can be on Formspring. The first couple of minutes of this video was just Noah being Noah: the hat, the goggles, the gloves, falling off his bike (maybe the pump caught in his trouser leg), the crazy dogs, asking random people if they've seen a man in a suit - I loved that stuff, almost as much as I loved the tentacles. Yes, there's a certain... weirdness to his character, but that's part of the charm. And part of the charm of Tribe Twelve, I think. YMMV.

This.
I was going to quote only relevant sentences, but found out that they are all relevant.

I see the hat and the goggles and I think The Contrabulous Fabtraption of Professor Horatio Hufnagel. I just don't have a problem with that.

That was...impressive.

I liked that.

(Also, I lol'd at the fact that somebody scratched "EVAN" into the tower railing.)

A bit OT, but Adam (Noah) is going to be at Megacon in Orlando. He posted this on Facebook:

I didn't notice that, but I did think that Noah was channeling his inner Evan throughout the video.

I love the Noah as a character, but I'm biased because back in college I knew a fellow who would wear outlandish crap like him and would do the same goofy things he does. Even if the weather was barely in the low 60s and 99% humidity, Aiden would dress up like some kind of Russian special forces soldier stuck in the Siberian wasteland without his gun. He was easy to spook, and thank christ he didn't own a gun because that apartment of his would look like the bunker they test nail bombs in. Noah went off stabbing at a bush, Aiden would go ballistic on it with a Louisville slugger and would've left nothing but splinters and torn leaves in his wake.

He had some other goofy quirks that made people stare at him with confusion, but anybody who took time to get to know him usually ended shrugging it off as just part of his personality. That was also what worked in his favor, despite the goofy crap, he had a charm that made it hard to hate him; he was a good egg in many respects, just such a huge, huge, huge freaking dork.

And of course, he was a chemistry major. Out there, somewhere, somehow, Aiden is responsible for either improving our ability to make stuff explode five times bigger, or is keeping some old mans heart from exploding out of his chest like the worlds worst pinata.

I guess I'm saying Noah is Aiden after they upped the med dosage. Noah is believable to me because I've known someone like him.

Changed feelings on TribeTwelve

Sorry if this didn't really deserve a new thread, I didn't see anything about it.

When I originally tried watching TribeTwelve I passed it off as a Marble Hornets rip off 100% within three videos. I had zero interest in it.

Recently I tried watching some of the more recent videos and COMECLOSER and the park video have restored the fear that was originally conveyed by Slender Man when I wathed Marble Hornets, but lost over time.

Anyone have a similar feeling?

TT's been improving exponentially; I personally feel it's gone above and beyond Marble Hornets by this point.

You mean the prize, or?
I think the nazisign is a hint to his grandfather, also that it's named "tagebuch.jpg" (it is german for diary), but I think there is more to come, in the first videos (I don't know now which one it was), it was told, that Milo was writing a diary, maybe this has something to do with Milo's death, if the fact is clear, that he is dead, maybe he is still alive!? (the crazy funeral and so on...)
