No, it's not bad, it's just typical. A bad excuse would be something along the lines of, "Too tired to post the video tonight" or "Got sick, not posting the video tonight".

This. I mean, it's clear that this delay wasn't done on purpose, but rather to delay finishing the video. But I can't think of a better "excuse" that wouldn't sound just as questionable.

He must AT&T u-verse then. I spent a week at the parent's house where they have taht and it took 15 minutes to load the device.

 		GAHHH. Well, it would appear that we won't be getting a new vid until, at earliest, later today :/ No updates yet from Twitter about any new delays, but the fact that nothing has been posted at this point suggests that it won't be tonight.
