 		Ok im done decoding because staring at that picture andfiguring out everything is straining my eyes. I think we've got almost everything. I'm still horrified by "We watch you as you decipher this", even if it's intended for noah

EDIT: it, may be something minor/unimportant, but i find it weird that "Milo knew" is over the heart area
