 		Time to use my Phoenix Wright skills on this pic.

(10 minutes later.)

Well, all I've concluded is that Milo somehow wore a hot-pad and theres a mysterious white circle by the "1"

 		Noah did mention having that picture in one of his livestreams, though he refused to share it. Didn't he mention who sent it to him? I forget who though.

 		Milo looks pretty good for an overdose death. I wonder exactly how long after death this photo was taken. Also...his hand is rather...oddly positioned. He looks posed. Perhaps the Observer moved his body around?

I agree with this - I thought I caught part of another figure which was about to pan into frame but then there was a screen wipe.

By the way, here is a captioned picture of the collective



*Unknown = I originally guessed this might be persolus.
**Unknown = I edited in the smiley face that was mostly covered up due the distortion and slendy tentacles. If you concentrate on that one figure, it isn't hard to see it there.

Again, I'm guessing the last figure is mrscars due to the rough texture of the facial features.
