I looked at the wiki page for that medication as well and the only thing that I can think of is either he was taking them and TRYING to overdose or maybe the observer and slenderman were actually causing him pain.

I've taken a lot of Tramadol once. You go really loopy for probably hours, and then a massive headache that lasts for the rest of the day. Not a good feeling at all. I'm not sure if it's enough to kill, however.

And let it be known I was prescribed it for physical injury...

This may just be my ex drug addict mind over analyzing something made to look like an OD from someone with (Probably) limited or no drug abuse experience, That's an awful lot of pills on the ground, I'm kind of thinking Milo didn't die from an overdose and maybe that is what Noah was lying about to us? I don't know, I am not satisfied with this all being a trick to make us feel like dicks.
