I also admit that, yeah, Kevin is probably the Observer. Which is a little disappointing, I would hope that it was a more developed character.

Uh, dude. That's been obvious for a whole year now since the November 11th video.

And why does the Observer's secret identity have to be a developed character?
To make the secret identity more of a shocking revelation rather than "wait, who was that again?"

The entire cast is actually Noah. This is all taking place in his schizophrenic mind as he spirals ever further into madness from too much pressure at school. ...in fact he hasn't even attended school since he was a junior in highschool. Mostly he sits at home and hallucinates a normal life. Mostly.

Since we are on the Topic of Black vs White. I think I actually found solid proof of this theory. I went and took a second look at Sarah's twitter, and found some GREAT evidence. This is the last observer post on sarah's twitter:
asuperfluousvariablehasbeeneliminatedfromtheequation blackrooktakeswhitepawn⊙

"BLACK ROOK TAKES WHITE PAWN"

Sarah must have been a part of the game for her to be considered "white pawn" and shows that the Black chess pieces and white chess pieces are 100% on opposing sides.

Just thought I would post this to sort of bolster the idea that white chess pieces are on Noah's side, and black are against him.

EDIT: OH and by the way, does anyone remember how Noah said there was a send protocol on an email telling his parents he was dead set to send at midnight, he never really made a point of cancelling it, sooo im pretty sure that email sent, so wouldn't his parents think he is dead right now?

But then what piece is Noah on the board? It doesn't make sense to say he isn't a piece when every other major collective member has a piece. Plus Slenderman is the main antagonist, plus pretty much the leader of The Collective. If he's the black kind, and Firebrand is the white king, that somewhat implies that Deadhead is the main protagonist in the series, which makes no sense.

Slenderman is the black king. It should be logical to assume that Noah is the white king since he is the leading opposer, but he is not, Firebrand is. Unless they're the same person... :0

How so? we know NOTHING about Deadhead. Who are we to say he isn't above slenderman, until we know more about Deadhead, we cannot make any assumption of that nature.

I understand what your saying, but it just seems confusing to me what piece Noah could be. He's almost definitely not black, seeing how that would mean he's on the same side as Slenderman and The Observer, but if he's on the white side, then he must be a pawn. All of the royalties are taken (assuming there's only one royalty of each type per side), so that means Noah must be a pawn. This is confusing to me though. It does make sense in the fact that only Collective members are royalties (Jess was a white pawn), but why would Noah only be a pawn?

I think you're misunderstanding. All evidence points to Noah being Firebrand and therefore the white king.

I think Noah might just be a pawn next to Sarah. He's not the king, because Firebrand is.

Also, I'm pretty sure Cursor is Mary Asher. She is a white queen, and she's on Noah's side. She also might be a pawn though.

Long time lurker, first time poster, etc. I just came up with this theory and really, really wanted to share it:

According to the wiki, Liam's mother petitioned for the Victor Park Playground to be built in his memory. The Boardwalk/Victor Park are very consistent themes in this series, and November 11th in particular has a theme of "Remembering" to it.

Liam and Noah knew each other as children and are the two kids running in November 11th's screwy-Observer segment. Liam's "Mysterious death" was because of Slendy drowning him at the lake near the boardwalk. Noah witnessed this and his memory of Liam was wiped. Noah is shocked at Firebrand's appearance in November 11th because he is Liam and Noah manages to remember his face from seeing it. This is why he was so shocked.

Liam may have been stalked/killed to begin with due to Mary Asher visiting with Milo which might give credit to Mary being "Cursor" if only because the name would be appropriate. She "Curses" those she comes in constantly with by spreading the Administrator's influence.

No, Noah is the king because Firebrand is because Noah(from the future) is Firebrand.

Wait, what? When did I miss that part about Noah being Firebrand? They don't even look alike!

Go back a page or two, I laid a pretty convincing case down for my theory.

And appearances don't mean squat because time travel.
