They might all NEED vessels, but I don't think all of them do have vessels, at least currently. I think the only ones who might have a vessel are the observer and firebrand, as they are the only ones we have seen in person.


The twitpics seem to show they all have bodies.

Especially Deadhead.


I think that those might be representations of their 4th world images or not literally them. Who walks around in a WWII uniform, with a hood and skullmask, or with tape-x's over their eyes.
Also I don't think that this

is what firebrand really looks like. That would be his representation, while his vessel would be what we saw in the hotel.

-Deadhead = Sebastian. Maybe. He's almost assured to be a Nazi, and Sebastian fits the role well with the journal's involvement.

-Cursor = Mary. Maybe. The fact that she asked who Mr. Scars is makes me think this might be Noah's mother.

-Mr. Scars = Milo, for reasons mentioned already.

-Pursolus = Karl. Fits perfectly with the titles.

I'm going to make a crack theory and say Swain is Henka Visae.

Adam (noah OOG) said that white is all humans (he specifically mentioned milo) and black containing but not limited to the collective. Also TT wiki says that deadhead stalked sebastian and is currently stalking Karl.

 		My only problem with Sebastian = Deadhead is the fact that it's Sebastian's journal that holds all of the secret powers against the Collective. Shouldn't he have been able to prevent his own conversion?

Also, I don't think Karl is a part of the Coolective because if the box was in his possession, why wouldn't he just give his box to his cult.

He's the kid who died in Victor Park. The playground was built in his memory.

Liam is the kid that Victor Park is built in memorial of. However, his house burned down in similar circumstances to our hero, Noah's.

 		I realize I'm late to the speculation, but a couple pages ago people were talking about Deadhead or Swain being Sebastian. I was just going to point out that Deadhead is almost definitely the one who was stalking Sebastian, so it could be the same situation as the Noah=Firebrand theory (although I don't agree with that theory). Also Swain is affiliated with WWII, plus he's wearing a European military outfit, so he is a suitable candidate for being Sebastian.

Flat out ridiculous speculation time

Deadhead and Swain are both Sebastian, but from different dimension. Deadhead was the first Sebastian and was simply taken into the collective, he tried to prevent this from happening, so he instead went back in time to prevent himself (Swain) from being taken into the collective (similar to the Noah being Firebrand theory). Because of this, they both developed their own separate personalities in the collective, hence Deadhead wearing modern war clothes, with an almost frowning skull mask. While Swain wears old-fashioned military garb, and a smiling theatre mask.
Going along with this, if you think about it. If Firebrand fails to protect Noah from being taken into the collective, then Noah would actually both Firebrand and his own personality in the collective.

Liam was Noah's best friend as a kid who died under mysterious circumstances at the Boardwalk. His body was never found.

Some people believe Karl could be Persolus (either the white knight or bishop). If he is Persolus, therefore on the white side, he wants to keep the box and journal from the black team.

This actually makes good sense. I think Karl knows that Noah can easily be taken and he also knows what the Collective are capable of. KARL KNOWS.

Can you link to the video that Noah talks about him in? I don't remember that ever being said but obviously it was so I'd like to revisit it.
