It wasn't ROT-13, it was ROT-10. Yes, I'm aware the transcription was wrong but didn't care as the message already made sense.

So, during the a TribeTwelve livestream, someone pointed out that there is a person in the background of Submission #6 at 1:47 before the Slender Man appears.

One person suggested that it is actually the Slender Man teleporting... Which I honestly think makes the video at least 10x creepier.

I'm 99% sure that it's either a coat hanging up or an actor not getting out of the shot properly in such a way that it's been left unnoticed for 3 years. You need to keep in mind that the original Submissions were largely unplanned and mostly serve as a homage to MarbleHornets more than anything else. I think it's safe to just ignore it.
