If you look closely you can see that Firebrand has damaged tissue or scars, and it seems to me they are fire based as noticed when the skin pulls taut at the 1:17 mark.
EDIT: When Firebrand says, "Trapped in this tortured form," it could be a reference to his body's burns.

Two of my friends have given me the theory that Firebrand is the invisible camera man in EMH, which would make sense as HABIT apparently severed Firebrands tie from Slendy who then possible repayed him by being the cameraman, that and remember when HABIT sent Noah the envelope with purple tape? "ASHES TO ASHES, we're all just creatures of and finally..Not an Observer. Just an old connection. Yours." Emphasis on the "We're all just creatures of HABIT," line from the note.

My little breakdown of this orgasmic video:
0:00-0:17: Looked pretty fake, but still awesome. I guess that explains why Adam had the green-screen.
0:17-0:35: This hand on the eye is very reminiscent of FB's pic during the Observer's collective pic posting back in February of 2012. Also, the quality gets really low at this point for some reason.
0:35-0:42: Oh, I thought that he was still bound, but was disobeying the Administrator.
0:42-0:54: I didn't consider him a God.
0:54-1:07: Orgasm. I like how even though HABIT is helping FB, he still considers him to be disgusting. Also, the zoom in and out at the beginning of that clip reminds me of a standard EMH vid.
1:07-1:21: So its obvious that FB doesn't like his fire branded form, YEEEAAAUUUUUHHHHH!!!!!
1:21-1:30: Was that from Submission #2 when Noah was chasing after Milo?
1:30-1:41: I think that was FB saving Noah when he was a kid during that house fire mentioned in the Secret Parent Interview.
1:41-1:56: Slendy was all like ''whaaaaaaat? why u gotta be lik dat?''
1:56-2:02: That's Mary Asher's safe, its gotta be.
2:02-2:09: Pretty sure that Cursor is Mary Asher.
2:09-2:32: Slendy is a puzzle & the Journal is the missing piece that makes him whole.
2:32-2:56: FB seems like such a creeper, but a real good-hearted person? too.
2:56-3:04: The Boardwalk? Ah shit.
3:04-3:09: The hell?
3:09-3:20: So FB already knows what's in the Journal and has lived all of this, he just needs Noah to do it, so the cycle can be completed.
3:20-3:36: So thats where the safe comes into play.
3:36-3:42: Mr. Scars....will he visit Noah with the safe?
3:42-3:47: So I guess we'll be getting some numbers soon.
3:47-4:05: Definite Mrs. Scars, the scars on the arm look like tally marks. I think that might be Milo, but I'm not sure.
4:05-4:24: So that briefcase has something super important in it, huh? I bet that it's Milo's Journal.
Final Frame: Quickly switches from ''your soul'' to ''the soles'' So Noah's shoes now play an important role in the story...wut?

Overall, this was fucking phenomenal and I can't wait for what happens next in the story.

This video was awesome. I totally did NOT expect it! Watched it three times. I have some opinions and theories, many of which have probably already been said...

Alright just one observation from me.

I just watched the last everymanHYBRID video (March 21st) after seeing the HABIT tie in, and Vinnie talks about "unleashing" the thing that takes over Evan (HABIT). This video was posted back in March. Perhaps since then, they tried it, and Firebrand being freed from the Collective is a direct result of this.

3:05 Noah stabs the camera man, presumably firebrand. This could be from when Noah visited Kat, which may explain why he became so deranged while he was covered in blood..which the observer said was his own blood. This means Noah either forced himself to forget due to pure shock or Firebrand did some magic voodo shit and erased his memory.
