Went by the camp for Hall H. There's a few people camping and wow, the TRON booth is too cool! Everyone have fun tomorrow.

Cindy Morgan's flying in tonight and will be chilling at the hotel since she wasn't officially invited as a special guest at the TL panel. At least the male original stars Jeff & Bruce will be there.

Whoo! Just got home from Preview Night at Comic-Con! I got myself a Sam Flynn lightcycle replica (had to wait in a huge line, though). The TRON booth is amazing! There were demos of the games, alot of the merchandise was on display, and they brought back the lightcycle that they showed at Flynn's Arcade last year.
And speaking of Flynn's, I stopped by the place to check it out. It's bigger than I thought it was and just looking at the neon sign made me excited! Very Happy

Disappointments

So far, the organization prevented me from getting in the line in time to buy one of the limited edition stand ups. The line crawled, and now I'm hearing more rumors about people starting to camp out tonight for the panel tomorrow.

I hope the ARG stuff makes it worth it for being here, because if it takes me somehow figuring out how to be here by 4am to actually make it into the panel, I'm going to be annoyed at the organizers.

Don't feel bad, folks who aren't out here...so far, even if you WERE here, there's no guarantee of buying limited stuff or seeing the panel. I hope we get to coordinate whatever goes down tomorrow at 11:30am.

I want the Recognizer from the booth in my front yard. Now.

The TRON booth is awesome

That thing is huge! If you dropped it in front of your garage, you could literally drive your car through it.

The promo photos we saw for all the upcoming TRON merchandise really do not do them justice. The iPad cover, life-sized discs, and light cycles with the light trails are my favorites. There are also lots of other items we haven't seen yet. I will try to take some photos and get them posted, but others will probably beat me to it.

They also have several flat panels for playing the TRON: Evolution game demo on the Wii. I am not a big fan of the Wii platform, but the demo was pretty fun.

I am not sure if the merch shop was open for Preview Night, but it was closed when I got to it. I may have to wait until Friday to buy anything, since I will probably be in Hall H, and then hopefully be working on the next chapter of this ARG.

Amazing shirt! TeeFury, right?

Well, here's hoping Redbanshee & co are able to get sufficiently in line for that exclusive swag! (mainly because I'm hoping she's able to get a figurine for me, but she wants a lightcycle herself =)
Really want a light cycle... Cool

It is apparently one per person (per item) though... so make your deals with SDCC attendees (though it's probably too late by now, heh)

So I'm hearing from folks at the con that the "one per person" limit on the exclusive Tron stuff is being STRICTLY enforced. They are stamping people's badges when they purchase items. Doesn't bode well for those of us hoping for a score off of someone else. Sad

Hey guys, don't know if video/photos are allowed during the panel, but I was wondering if anyone could take some pictures of the panel (especially the actors/actresses) for me if you're allowed to?
It'd be greatly appreciated Smile

I'm standing in line too. I can't believe how long it already is. I wonder how many are actually in line for Megamind?
