Patience, Cap'n, patience...

Logic suggests that even IF you are 100% correct and DO know where it it, you will not "find" it—or at least you will not be able to take it. We still have nearly 4 weeks before all the clues are out, and I seriously doubt the artists would have placed it in such a way as to allow someone to get it only half-way through.

I am very certain NO ONE will "have" the treasure before the final episode goes up. I am sure many of us "think" we know where it is, some of us are certain we know where it is, and others have a hunch. I will agree that the hunt is a lot of fun, but right now it is mostly still a brain-game. I don't think it's time for the picks & shovels yet. Of course, I could be wrong, but it just doesn't make sense to put all the effort into 8 episodic videos without some way to ensure they all need to be seen, and will be seen.

HOPEFULLY, no one actually—literally—starts digging holes anywhere in the city. This town has enough scars from developers & city "planners" without any of us adding another pothole to the landscape. The artists claim it is a real chest, the one we saw in the trailer. NYC is a very big landmass. We have only seen half of the episodes. We've got more necessary info coming.

Not to mention, from the site's FAQ itself:

Do I have to watch all eight episodes to find the treasure? I think I already know where it is!

You really need to watch all eight episodes to know where the treasure chest is. It is VERY unlikely someone would find it without watching each of the eight episodes.

Also, yes, I is in NYC and love participating in this.

I know the location has been revealed via hints in the the videos but I agree with UDbmas...unless someone happens upon it by luck or accident I don't think the precise digging spot will be revealed until Episode 8.

I would like to add though that in the FAQ it says "unlikely" ....not impossible. Also, this is coming from the same people who said there are no clues in the directions to PA yet if you look at where those directions take you there is a clue there....so who knows.

If I felt as though I had a solid spot prior to episode 8 I would certainly dig.

I don't think it's any kind of clue or anything but Fafa did post a link to an older video on his twitter page if anyone is interested.

Teardrop at 3:06 in Video 2, MY BAD

I am pretty certain that is a white apple in the teardrop as well as a black lined triangle that is very hard to see!

I can't get a close enough look at it to see an apple....I don't know what to make of it, if anything.

I think it is shading to show depth on a flat thing. It looks to me like it is actually a drawing of a drop attached to his face. Doesn't look like an apple or triangle to me. But they sure showed attention to detail; the drop slides down his face from frame to frame.

Just to correct you, the title of the episode is "Somewhere Under the Rainbow" not "Over."

And I mentioned it somewhere around page 14 of this thread Wink

28 Furlongs

The actor Edward Furlong was 28 years old in 2005, the same year he starred in a sequel to the 4th sequel to The Crow called Wicked Prayer. Maybe the Crow's Nest is a church?

Nah. Smile
