Cap'n Slim has been pretty "on-the-level." His insights have been quite helpful. Listen to him.

CommonSense has been giving all of you the way on how to find these "gifts" for days. Pay attention, wrestling fans. I know I will.

And now for my 2 cents worth...

I've always been a proponent of "process of elimination." As in, where it WON'T BE. I literally have maps of all 5 boros printed out from Google and hanging on my wall. My computer room now looks like the background to the Enterprise's bridge lol my theory is that you may be surprised at what you find when you simply scratch out the geography of where it won't be. I haven't done so yet, but I planned to.

Now about these "gifts." Do they exist in all of the videos, or just a few?

gifts are physical... location is in videos. But more importantly... why the"wrestling fans"?? lol

Oh and by the way...

If I do indeed find this gold, please be on the lookout for a YouTube video of me doing the "Ric Flair Strut" over the spot where it's buried, complete with a "WOOO!" lol

All I am saying is.. RE-READ the rules, and think outside the box. You guys seem to take the rules too "literally" ...or maybe not "literally' enough. Pirates can be very sneaky in their "rules wording". CAPN said it best before.... they didn't have to "leave physical clues LYING around"...

Well, after tormenting meself for over an hour, I've gone from the logical thinking to the illogical thinking, and I can only thank common sense for that!

Yeah but I was voted in high school "Least Likely To Think Outside the Box!"
lol

I ain't gonna lie. I'm totally lost and one way or another, this treasure hunt will end with people in lab coats evaluating me as I draw pictures of pirates & crows nests on my padded room walls lol

John Quincy Adams
Puppeteer's favorite.

Could John Quincy Adams be the puppeteers' favorite because he followed in his father's footsteps?

Honestly..I wouldn't stress the "gifts". I dont think they are 'necessary"...I don't see a major clue out of it...but I am thinking that it "nudges" toward a certain theme. OR who knows..maybe it is a major clue that I do not understand yet.
I think that main thing to takeout of it is ... simplify things, and follow the videos. (stop over analyzing every little detail and trying to make it fit).

I only have myself to blame, but it was your words that prompted me to pore over the source code of each page. Well, at least I learned something about writing codes! HAR HAR HAR.

Well, then lets get a little meta and look to CommonSense's "clues". TIME. MONEY. SHOCKING. LOST. LYING around.

Shocking
- Mulligan at the end of Seance.

Time/Money
- Watch and Coins
- Glove and Boots Video includes a George Harrison reference

Lost
- I have never seen a single episode, but there are references in the videos and the G&B videos. Any clues?

Lying
- Maybe he's lying? That would be hilarious meta. Are they hanging/standing? The rules actually say they did not leave any physical clues. Did they send you them?

They also say all the clues you need are found on the website. I think I've scoured it, but another set of clicks couldn't hurt.

Actually... I wasn't speaking in code. lol
I honestly am saying,. the pupetters spent alot of time and money to do this hunt. I didn't search through coding on websites, or anything else...
I watched the videos, and took them as they were, without digging too deep. Just by watching the vids..it led me to "gifts".

I'm reminded of the guy who found the note in the bottles
but never could scan and upload them

I'm reminded of the guy who found the note in the bottles in Central Park but never could scan and upload them. The purpose of this forum is sharing -- not "I've gotta a secret -- riddle me this and guess what is."

That's a juvenile waste of time.
