I'd be happy to take the information on his behalf. Smile

Location of gold chest with coins
Interesting

Spaniard you are one interesting person. I picked up on a Wizard of Oz theme since that happens to be one of my all time favorite movies quite some time ago. Now if I could only find the way to go home. I found 'me foot' some weeks ago but, where oh where is the home ship?

Wow a mosh pit of balls. That I would have never thought of. Maybe who knows. It just may be a possibility at this point. Is there a ship full of colorful balls some where? Can we get a shipment of balls to our house and hope the chest is in there?
To think I stopped letting my kids in the ball pits because they would always get sick after playing in them.

Re: Spaniard
the location of the mosh pit

WTF Spaniard?!? The past 10 pages are full of your nonsensicle ideas and 'homages' that bear no resemblance to this hunt. Did you forget to take your meds?

No wonder everyone stopped putting clues here, I had to read through every other post being useless, probably intentional on your part, clues that are solely meant to confuse everyone.

The Captain himself gets the sniffles over "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" -- even as the turtle is humping his sneaker.

"Somewhere Over The Rainbow," though, is a recurring theme of wonderful Muppet productions and I tend toward the warm fuzzy homages.

It's not a place that you can get to by a bus or train. It's far, far away, where there are no troubles. The treasure is "Somewhere Over The Rainbow." It's where the dreams you dare to dream come true. It's where if you find the pot of gold, everything will be fine. It's where blue birds fly. Follow the flying bird. Hey, Captain12fingers, have you checked out somewhere over the Rainbow Bridge in Central Park? :0) Nelson was the voice of Count Von Count whose home sweet home was Belvedere Castle. Nearby Cleopatra's Needle celebrates the victory of Nelson.

I view this as Captain and his crew's homage and moving tribute to Jim Henson and puppeteer Nelson. Of course, I may be wrong.

Location of the mosh pit
OYE!!!

Spaniard I think one of the reasons I found the "me foot" park after the 6th episode is because I was not distracted by the homages. I had no clue what the homages were in the first place because I'm not into corny b movies.

That said I really think we need to focus on the clues in the puzzle..
It is not in Central Park. Could it be right outside of Central Park, yes possible. Keep in mind that Manhattan would not be a good place to bury a treasure this 'if you see something say something' day and age. Does it mean it is not in Manhattan NO, but it is not in Central Park. Could it be right out side of CP, very possible.

There are several parks in the city with large turtles in them. Go do research.
