I tried it with mine... It's not strong enough; you have to shine it back and forth along the strip for it to work Rolling Eyes

I really think marking the whole thing on clear plastic and taking a photo is a better idea than what we've got right now. I think we have a pretty big margin of error.

BTW, I'm not sold on this. I can see it being a pixel font, but I don't see why it'd have to be fixed width. There are too many clumps in my image that are way off. And some of them start early in the sequence, so I think we might be looking at a variable width font, if that's what it is.

Whatever type of code this is, we need to find out what it says. Something tells me this might lead to something cool, like a new trailer....

has anyone else noticed the red bar codes on the front image? I have mine and my friend's (Vice Squad and Kraz Bot) and I noticed it on both of them.

You're probably right... ~sigh~ It's just maddening that we haven't got this yet. Especially when a lot of the puzzles in the past were solved lickety-split.
Chalking it up to not having all the pieces to solve it yet, but it's still frustrating.

I have an idea! Instead of putting the code pieces in the previous order, why not mix it up a little? Y'know, mix and match!

Red bar code on postcard
Clue, or USPS mail sorting?

Way to take a closer look for clues! Have you tried scanning it with a bar code reader?

I might be wrong, but the red bar code -might- just be printed on all mail as part of the way the USPS electro-mechanically sorts mail. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks!

I'm looking for various code scanners for my wife's iphone, though it's slow going. If I come up with anything I'll make notice of it Very Happy
