Looking at this pattern again, it seems very similar to a tumbler on a music box movement. Perhaps this is some sort of musical code with the notes corresponding to letters.

Good theory, and the pattern looks similar.

I just had another idea. What about an abacus? The position of the squares could be like the positions of the beads on an abacus.

While interesting, I doubt those theories are correct. The only method that would actually give us information that we could use is overlaying the images to spell something out. It's also similar to the phone drop puzzle where individuals would get pieces of information that had to be combined.

By your postcards combined...

Random thought- might be something as simple as FLYNN LIVES and it just is a signal that the game is starting up again.

Hey folks,

Just got my postcard for ArcWars. Haven't actually actively participated in Flynn Lives at all yet, but I was excited to see some mail sent my way. Codes are the same as what's already been collected, but I'll be putting my thinking cap on to help out as much as I can. Good luck!

Just checking in to say I got another Astro Gunner postcard, so if more scans are needed just give me a holler.

So if your location is to be believed, you've now received two postcards clear in Maine?

That would certainly kill the idea that it's SW coast only, and may kill the idea of regional segregation of the game titles.

Do we have a map or list somewhere of the cards relative to their locations?

I got Vice Squad in Miami, FYI.

OP, I marked on the squares for VICE SQUAD. You should be able to line yours up easily. Can I mail this to you? PM me where.

Different lines on the front or cards?

Ok, so I've written out the line sets from the front images of Kraz Bot and Vice Squad. Tomorrow I'll get to see a copy of Astro Gunner.

I've lined up the two cards and spaced them out as evenly and accurately as I can. For simplicity I'll write out the lines 1's and the spaces as 0's. There could also be a chance of this being binary. Even if it's not, it's just easier to read this way.

1. They could also be backwards, so maybe you should note what direction you read them in.

2. My Vice Squad is different (!?)

P.S. Only got this 1 card, today, in SoCal.

guys, i highly doubt the code on the front is from FL, but instead is from the USPS...to support my argument, i took a picture under a blacklight of a non-FL postcard i received in 1997.

has anyone used a QR reader, think that's it, on the UV lit black strips? something was mentioned a few pages back about the code things on our employee badges. if I missed somebody doing that and posting I apologize, just looking at the things we've gotten so far. This is making my brain hurt.... Sad
