I thought "STOP" was possible too BUT if you compare to the previous 'S' it seems like that might not be the case.

Helix had guessed things like:

ENCOMBRUISEDTOP
ENCOMRUBBEDTOP

just a consideration

I believe that last character could also be a question mark.

(No postcard for me so far, despite residing in SoCal.)

SECTR__ with the blank being a number? I know space paranoids had goodies in certain sectors of the game...`
