Well, you mention Caboose, and I'm a big Red vs. Blue fan...it's the episode where Sarge and Caboose are teleported to another place, where there are Reds and Blues fighting, Sarge lifts Caboose up to look through a window, and that's when he's says that quote.

I found it funny.

GIR, I have a feeling it's an anagrammatical puzzle. I can see the words "holy" and "destiny" in there, but I'm not 100% on "holy" being one of the intended words.

Bloody hell, he just updated! Slendy has returned; the anagram of "ELERHNSAHFRMOISIMSTKAES" seems to be "he learns from his mistakes, and "TLEMLE" is obviously "tell me."
