G'aww, I wasn't thinking that they were all "LET'S GET RICH AND FAMOUS!!!" off of MH merchandise, I just want that shirt with Jay's face on it or a 'BFF!' sign with Alex and Slendy or something horrible like that. XD Maybe one with a picture of Tim's freaking sideburns because everybody used them to identify Masky.

I'm definitely of the same opinion about the side blogs -- the better they hold our attention, the more likely we'll be to be chillin' on the forum, relaxin' and cool when Troy and Joseph get back to making trouble in the neighborhood. _{(Also, what are these guys, eight? XD 'I said a dirty word on radio! Oh mai goodness!')}

Looking forward to tomorrow's installment! And ohman I want to see those horrrrrible outtakes. Eating paper and raucous cats would make a very different kind of series, I think.

Seems funny that they are all "sell merch? that's retarded!" No it wouldn't get them rich, but I like supporting things I enjoy, especially when they are 100% free. I would totally buy an overpriced MH poster or something just to get them a case of beer for the weekend. (But not hang it anywhere I might see it at night! ) They'd easily make $500 just putting up a poster, t-shirt and hoodie in CafePress or something for us Unfiction and SomethingAwful nerds.

In one respect I do get where they're coming from. In undergrad I was in/edited a horrible student zombie film that got put out on local access stations across the state. One of the actors who went to an art school had multiple people approach him the next semester saying "holy crap, weren't you in 'They Will Eat Your Face'?!?" and he was duly weirded out. But this isn't anything personal, merch is just letting us pay you back for all the jumps and scares

They keep saying they're not witty, but I think this has been hilarious. KNOCK KNOCK, WHO'S THERE, TROY'S CAT, MROWR. I like cats okay.

Also if people really are interested or still wanting merch-type stuff, I can still make scarves. It would not be official at all and there'd be no affiliation, but I have my slenderscarf and can make more. And variations of it. I don't know how many people wear scarves, but it's what I do, so.

They plugged EverymanHYBRID but not TribeTwelve? That must make the creators of TT feel shitty, they're the only two running video side story series.

TT's got a lot of nifty Slendy-sightings but in the end it really is a drawn out game of 'where's waldo'. EMH has a story going for it that's not a copypasta of Marble Hornets or TTA. That really does make a huge difference!

Keeping in mind that Troy and Joseph are mentioning things off the top of their heads and they aren't going through each blog/video series and carefully weighing the merits against one another. Probably get hairy palms if they kept that up for too long! I wouldn't be too discouraged if the blog/whatever you're making wasn't mentioned. Having fancy-pants approval from the MH makers (or anyone else, for that matter) shouldn't have any say in the making or breaking of something that you've been doing for fun!

Amen to that, and don't forget that if it's fun to you, it's also fun to the "viewers"/"participants". If you just do it for creds, it'll most likely suck.

They practically did everything in their power to convince us that it was him. I think that them trying to pretend that he isn't would be really a step backwards. (I mean, even if for some surprise plottwist reason Masky turned out to be someone else, in character they were practically pointing neon signs over him!)

lol, when they were talking about "Tim in Entry 19" I was like 'yay, finally a confirmation!' but then it turned out they were talking about that entry with Tim in front of the window and I was like ':c oh come on now'.
