Check out the comments on the first post. Don't they seem... manufactured? I guess would be the feel I'm getting. "The Marketing Department"? Weird.

Come to think of it... that first post did ask people to join in.

And weapons dept? Definitely unusual, especially to post under a nick like that.

Look at the page, carefully. This is definitely concocted... this is an ARG. Or something like it. I'm down. (though I'll be out for a few days)

EDIT: Holy crap. The Aperture Science facebook page that this refers to... also links to Page 129. What? Said facebook page also lists a phone #...

which seems to be run by high schoolers. Just noticing. So... almost certainly not actually linked to valve, but looks nicely arg-ish. Could frost and page129 be linked to this in some sort of over-arching meta-ARG?

Edit: I was asked if I would like to volunteer for research,testing,or design.

I told them research.Waiting for reply.

Doesn't look like an ARG, and if it were Valve related it wouldn't talk about the trademark of Aperture Science. Sorry folks, I'm just not seeing anything there.

I was interested, and got contacted about making some technical drawings about a rocket, asked for a deadline and additional details, and never got a reply. Methinks this might be clever high-schoolers trying to crowdsource a project?

The original Aperture Science facebook page has been there for a couple years now, but only started updating a year or so ago. I became a fan of it back when facebook was still fairly young and it started updating when it became "Like" instead of "Becoming a Fan".

Personally, I think the Wordpress thing is something run by a high school kid or something. Nothing official at all.
