I highly encourage you, AlmightyL. Just because it's getting kinda hard to keep things going with about six of us playing. I may have to pull a major trump card. I'm used to RP'ing with only one person, through text message, so I'm a little more used to action-and-reaction, whereas you have to be a little more independent on a forum, but it's not bad ^^ Now that we've established the timeline and stuff decently I think a lot of the unstable-ness from the beginning is gone.

YAY potential new player I warn you it gets pretty disorganized near the middle, but it's sorting itself out pretty decently now.

I tried to fix the inactivity, but I never do stuff that affects anyone but me so D: it doesn't help anyone ELSE's story move along. Maybe I'll go help with an impromptu funeral or something. The RP is kinda.... dying..... D:

Name:Carlos Diaz

Age:18

Physical Description: Athletic build, with a bit of muscle. Dark skin with somewhat long unkempt hair slicked back. He has a long white scar stretching from the top of his right eyebrow, down over the eye and reaching just under the chin, the eye's iris has a glacial-blue like color while the other is normal dark brown. He wears a white shirt, buttoned up black shirt, with a heavy black trench-coat over, and very baggy black jeans.

Personality Description: Carlos has a laid back, stoic, and sometimes unmoving or detached personality. Though underneath he is very decisive, never lingering on the obscurity of a current situation.

Equipment: A variaty of knives throughout his person, along with a Laptop and PSP and a copy of Monster Hunter Freedom Unite in his Laptop Bag. He also has a pair of Kali Sticks and a Filipino style Moro Kris.

Other Info: His family history of bi-polar doesn't phase him as it would most, since he actually incorporates the strangeness he's already experienced into his reasoning process, pushing the strangeness of his current situation out of the way in order to react.

If you'd like, I can give you a quick summary of everything that's happened in the RP in this thread, or you can head over to the IC thread and read up. There are a few rules we've discussed, which are basically just:

Don't fuck with anyone else's character,
and
Don't lapse forward in time without the consent of EVERYONE playing or it causes mass confusion.

Theres many parts.
Takes place in a town called beams creek.
The main bulk of people came in from a tour bus into a small town. Adrian, a pretty major character found his wife missing and drove into the same town to look for her. He crashed his car so he's stuck here with the bus people. Theres also a little girl (Ashley?) who ran away from home. What else.... the main even that happened when the bus broke down was an almost violent stand off... you'll have to read about that though.. this brought all the most active characters i think.

Stephen ran off into the woods to look for his brother, and a character named john is doing that too.

When everyone settled down, Chris(Me) made the first major sighting of slenderman, and shit went down. The bus driver and cop and hotel worker were attacked, thus making the characters lose communication even more. Adrian and Chris continue to have confrontations. Chris and J.T. try to organize everyone to calm down, but it doesn't work well. Chris then discovers a way to track if Slenderman is nearby by recording voice memo from his phone and playing back to see if theres distortion. Chris is then trapped in the bus terminal bathroom by slenderman, while others are in the hotel trying to stay safe.

Chris goes through hallucinations and a time lapse into the future allowing him to escape and hijack a bus. He crashed into slenderman time lapsing him back to the current time, and crashed the bus through the hotel wall.

Adrian discovers his wife is dead and breaks the bus Chris just hijacked. Chris is pursued by slenderman but escapes when he finally hijacks another bus. Slenderman is also seen around the hotel, causing fear and anxiety among the hotel people. Chris drives back to the hotel and finds stephen bruised up and saves his life. It is almost morning by now.

They decide to camp out at the hotel until full daylight. Chris goes into the hotel to pick up a mattress to sleep on, but discovers something in the mattress that does not feel right. We leave off when Chris asks John for his knife and Adrian burying his wife.

I highly reccomend you read or at least to a quick skim of it so you know the flow of things and know the personality of each character. There are mini side stories too that i left out that may be important later on.

Blahblah covered it pretty well. Let's see, the main active players are myself, who plays BeeBee, Blahblah who plays Chris, Slendersniper who plays Adrian, Theycallmesexehpants who plays Stephen, SickSlickMan who plays JT and MetalGearSamus who plays Thalci. Ashley is going to be an active character; she used to be played by Dray but now is played by Thalci.

The bus was headed from Toronto to New York, but had to take a detour and ended up in Beam's creek. The main setting is a bus terminal and a hotel. If you look back in this thread a few pages, I drew a little diagram.

Pretty much everyone playing now was involved in the Mexican Standoff, so it's probably good to read that. Basic story is, Chris thought BeeBee was cute, tried to hit on her, she freaked out, Adrian tried to settle things but it got violent, things got out of control, John came in with a knife, and everyone almost killed each other until JT talked them down.

Slenderman has been seen a few times, like Blahblah said... he killed a few people, has been screwing with minds, time, etc, but he's only "attacked" Adrian and Stephen so far. They just blacked out and woke up later.

My schedule has been seiously booked and I have barely had any time to read the IC thread, let alone post.
As I mentioned in brackets, I am no longer the GM - I just wanted to kick off the RP.
So, ah, you, the good people of UF, may decide upon such a thing.

NSpencer, it's completely cool with me if you exist again. Just explain your absence, which I'm sure you can. We never killed you off.... Bri hasn't been thinking/talking about you much, but we'll just explain it away with stress.
Also, Gatto- completely understand. I'm about to get pretty busy, starting school, and I'm kinda worried- but I'm going to try to keep posting.

I think we've been pretty okay with self-governing since you set everything up, Gatto. Are you going to join as a player or are you done now that your GM stuff is done?

Perfectly fine- that's how I explained away the time lapse earlier. Also, at the moment, all the people playing are in the hotel lobby- that's mostly me, Chris, Adrian, John, and Thalci. Stephen's there, but passed out still as far as I know. Oh and, uh... there's a bus crashed through one wall of the hotel lobby. Blame Chris for that. And another bus parked next to that.
