[SOLVED][Puzzle] CD - From location check Berlin

As it has been very easy to find the right Topic before we had our own forum *thx* I now just started a new one, because i couldn't decide where to put it in.

I have been to the location, where Nadirah shots her last video (we got yesterday). I have been right at the spot, where she had been with whoever was with her. I checked that location for some inscriptions, packages, whatever, but did not find anything.

*OFF* There was a big Poster, stating an weird comment by a person named Tom. I first thought, that it could be an information for us ... but then I found out that it's part of an exhibition ... with a lot of posters with statements by a lot of different names ... and reading all those posters, I got the content and suddenly the sensless phrase made a sense to me Very Happy

Okay ... summary of that visit. No signs of Nadirah, BB or any message left.

I will have a look at the Point of Interest. Will take me some hours ...

After my meeting I have been out to the spot, marked in the map as a point of interest. I decided spontaniously to take a video the time I go there. I did. If I get home and get it working I will upload it somewhere on youtube and then you can see, live and uncut, what I did there.
But that's just for fun.

I found a compact disc, labeled "Blackwell Briggs - Database extraction 2010-06-30" containg not more than a 1 kb file "JB Wainwright 100630 pt 1 .lib"

I'll update if I could have a closer look.

It's a code, suitable to decode the cipher of CD 1
Result:
Code:
Dear Mr Kahn, leader for the Liberian Patriots of Freedom

I understand your concern about the wares, but I want to re-assure you
that the AK47 still meets the high standards of today and stands tall
next to both the M4 and the SCAR. A sudden change of weaponry would not
only raise unnecessary questions about the origin of the wares, but
would also be an unnecessary increase in price per unit, where to my
knowledge resources are spreading a bit thin at the moment, and the
usual orders would do the same job quite well.

As there are a lot of numbers in that code which aren't used for the decoding .. maybe there's some more in it.
