If someone wants to pick one up for me, I'll send them the money.

Yes if that's where they're distributing the poster, at the panel, that's how you'll get it via ticketed. Details, PM me.

I'm a little late getting on the bandwagon but if anyone is able to snag an extra Tron Legacy Vintage Figure for me I'd appreciate it.

I wasn't able to snag a badge for this years soiree as well as my workplace is not allowing me to take my requested time off (insert explicative here) so I won't even be able to make it in the door of the convention center to even "try" to get one of the items. Bang Head

I *do* live here in San Diego however and would be more than happy to head down to Flynn's Arcade or anywhere else in the Downtown Area to do the exchange though. Worshippy

If anyone can help getting one of the Tron Legacy Vintage figures feel free to PM me. Thanks in advance!

Well, crap. Looks like ebay it is. Had to go that route for my Mist poster last year, too. Sad

I'm looking for either a Flynn Lives or Flynn's Arcade t-shirt (2XL if they have them) and an arcade token or poster. I'd be willing to pay $20-40 depending on what anyone is able to get plus shipping to Florida. Really looking for one of the shirts though, more than the other items.

I'm still kinda bitter that we don't see anything down the street in Orlando, especially at DisneyQuest which still has a pretty huge arcade.

So would it make more sense to go into Hall H during the Megamind panel to get a seat for TRON or risk making it in after that panel in hopes they are handing out items for people going in for TRON. Or do you think they will toss out things during the panel and have hand outs for when it ends???

I wouldn't risk it. I actually think people will be camping out the night before for the TRON panel. Yes, it happens. Hall H is an animal, always go in as early as possible. There is never any guarantee that you will get a seat.

Usually, panels are "ticketed" for their give aways. You collect a ticket at the panel, and then you redeem it upstairs at any time during the day to collect the gieve away item from the panel you were in.

There will be no tossing of anything. They aren't aloud to give things out in the lobby, nor are they aloud to throw anything.

Hope this helps, and isn't discouraging.

Oh I know about the lines, I camped out last year for the LOST panel and I have witnessed items tossed out to crowads during the con as well. But on the ticketing how does that work since Mastermind is first before TRON. Will I have to find someone handing out the tickets or get one as I leave after the TRON panel?

I've been maintaining the FL google reader bundle, and trying to contribute to the game in my own little ways, if any of you attending SDCC look favorably on this and would like to help me get a Flynn Lives shirt, poster, or some other cool ARG giveaways at the con, I would be most (MOST!) grateful. Of course I'd pay shipping and a bit for your trouble. Smile

Well FYI, tossing-out things inside the convention center or on convention center grounds is not allowed. So don't necessarily count on that happening. It's more of a fluke. The tickets are passed out row by row during each panel so, no, you will not have to leave the room to get a ticket.

I'm guessing those tokens will be mailed out to whoever solves the IdentityRaid puzzle, within a couple weeks... why else show them off to everyone? Just to piss off anyone who's not in San Diego? No... those of us at SDCC might get something extra, to be sure, but I doubt we'll be the only ones to get the tokens.

I hope you're right EmeraldBeacon, otherwise I'll be one pissed off Program. We'd better be ready to crack Identity Raid when it hits.
