Thanks alot for posting!
Im not sure what the the ''super speedflier fleet'' text in the bottom left is referring to...a quick search shows speed''flying'' as a snow sport. Or does it mean flier as in leaflet?...so many questions! Glad there's finally something else to discuss!

I'm guessing (totally) that "super speedflier" might be a 50s-era way of designating a "lightspeed" ship or some variation on hyperspace travel?? But in the 50s/60s kid's snack vernacular of comics or TV shows.
The envelope's postmarked from Minot, ND too! Interesting!
If Burn got this in TX 2 days after postmark, I hope I'll get one in SoCal soon.

I typed this all in once, but it was lost because of the post size with the original scans. Sorry for the delay but here I go again.

Just like Captain "Coop" Cooper, Rocket Poppeteers Astronauts are strong and courageous. Only the most brave, true, and loyal candidates will be able to succeed. Are you ready to begin?
Remember, kids: Real Spacemen Love Rocket Poppeteers!!!
Rocket pop in lower left with "Super Speedflier Fleet"
RP Logo in the middle
Bottom right a star with "SPACE CHALLENGE! HOW MANY STARS ARE ON THE PAGE"
1) How literal do they want the answer? Flag patch on Coops shoulder (50), Flag on rocket ship in upper right (50), the RP Logo (22), anotehr 14 smaller stars scattered on the page, the one big star with the text, and the word "Star"s in that.
2) What to do with the answer?
Don't forget the biggest star of them all - ol' Coop himself.

That sounds about right, although you never know
I might be jumping ahead here, but it might be a good idea to match the moon in the top left to the ''tide charts'' on Josh's website, it seems the shadowing on that one is different from the usual Rocket Poppeteers moon logo...(although I've not entirely wrapped my head around the tide charts yet...just a thought!)

My count of stars is the following:
16 small stars on the page (multiple of .
1 big star with the challenge in it.
22 small stars in the RP logo from the website at the bottom of the page.
50 in each of (2) flags.
139 stars.
The golden ratio reciprocals of 139 are:
139 * 1.6180339887 = 224.94923
and 139 / 1.6180339887 = 85.89049

You are correct, lack of sleep and also trying to get work done andthe scans I missed 2 of the smaller stars.
Though there is actually the word "STAR"s within the big star too, so 140
