[Trailhead?]
Coast to Coast interview with David Lewis Anderson (and www.andersonmultinational.com)

It was about time travel and the interviewee has several websites, and I found this at http://www.skybooksusa.com/pdf/pulse/2002v2n13.pdf:
"David told me that the Time Travel Research Center had to be moved more than once because of harassment from unwanted and harmful visitors.
These were definite efforts to sabotage his work. In the midst of this harassment, David received an offer from the Government (I cannot tell you which specific agency because I do not know) to become partners. They informed him that if he joined up with them, they could take care of
his security problems. Of course, anyone with the slightest bit of a cynical mind would consider that they might be causing or encouraging his security problem. All you have to do is call up a pro hacker and have them wreak havoc. In the case of Joe Matheny, he is far smarter and more capable than the best Government computer people. I was very interested in matching these two people up because they both represent two factions of time travel research (Ong's Hat and the
Time Travel Research Center).
And then I saw that Joe Matheny had been on Coast to Coast too:

Anderson Multinational (according to the web-site) is located like 5 minutes away from me... Oh the temptation to stop by and say hello to this Dr. Anderson... you're killing me here, you know?

Still would be neat to actually talk to him about time travel, though.

EDIT: Upon further research, I probably should not go talk too this guy. Still, to have someone this interesting living so close too me... Personally, I don't think it's a trailhead for anything. I think it's just an interesting guy who studies time travel and has several patents for time travel devises.

I did a pretty extensive search and this guy doesn't seem to exist outside of his web pages and some of the information dead ends. Also, I think the address given is a mail drop as I checked google maps. Double check the external links he gives. Sometimes the link is not reciprocal. He links to an external website for his Rapid Express site, but once you go the external website and do a search Rapid Express isn't found.
I searched the UN an UNESCO websites and could find no reference to this guy and yet he says that he works with groups that affiliated with UNESCO. At least on of the journals he mentions doesn't exist.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
David Anderson is also a character in the Ong's Hat book

but would coast to coast get involved w/a fictional character and trailhead? idk seems like George Noory wouldn't be into it, but i could be wrong.

In my opinion, Coast to Coast specializes in entertainment and as such their purpose is not to vet their guests or check their credentials.

Also just ran into these quite by accident when I was checking to see what was happening on this:

Just read up on this.... whatever it is today, and found it interesting enough to start looking through. Just to note, I've mostly been an ARG lurker, so I'm new to the investigative side.

I'm really not sure what to make of this information. It looks like there is a big mix of real and fake stuff. Ok, first off, the links RedQueen posted yesterday are all articles on what must be legitimate sites. For example, stardrive.org is a physics news and discussion site, and it's domain is registered to Jack Sarfatti who is a real physicist. Notice that part of the Stardrive article linked to includes correspondence between Jack Sarfatti and Stanton Friedman who is also a real life physicist.

I also did some googling on David Anderson and found "http://peswiki.com/index.php/Talk:Directory:Anderson_Institute's_Time_Control_Technology" (sorry, can't get the url tags to work with this one)
This is also on a legitimate site, although I assume since it's a wiki that anyone can edit it. It includes some of the text from the Stardrive article, but also has more including responses from people who claim to know Anderson personally: M. Clark, a retired Air Force colonel, and Mary Ann Martini, from the Metropolitan Opera Society in NYC. Mary Ann Martini seems to be a real person, as there is a Metropolitan Opera Society with a website and doesn't seem IG. I'm not sure if M. Clark is real, need to do some more searching.

Mary Ann's response in the PESwiki article led me to look for the World Genesis Foundation. Check out their "Who We Are" page. There's the president, David Anderson. Mary Ann Martini is a senior director for the organization. However, a Google search of "World Genesis Foundation" does not turn up much. It does not appear to have any real association with UNESCO although Mary Ann claims they are affiliated. The website hopemart.org does turn up though, but does not seem to mention David Anderson anywhere. Again, googling "hopemart" does not turn up a lot.

Finally, the "time warped fields" webpage on the Anderson Institute website. I googled several sentences from that page and they were word for word copied from wikipedia pages. I have not yet looked through the other Institute pages, there seem to be a lot.

I'm at a loss here. If this is an ARG, a lot of real life people and websites are being used, which seems strange to me. If this is real... maybe this Anderson guy really is a fraud? Oh, I almost forgot to mention, it looks like the World Genesis Foundation will accept donations through PayPal. Doesn't seem ARG-like.

On the other hand, if this is real, I'm really interested in finding out if Anderson is a fraud! What do you guys think?

All good fiction has an element of truth in it. I expect that a good ARG would do the same.

It's "greeking", it's "Lorem ipsum", it's some stuff to fool the web-spiders, it's filler. I've found as many as 91 domains hosted on this one IP (not all of them registered to this guy, but many are), and most of his are based on the same templates. Take a look at a few:
SPACETIMEMAGAZINE.COM
FLOWERCITYTRUCKING.COM
MONTAUKUNIVERSAL.ORG

or just click thru every site listed on
http://www.andersonmultinational.com/company_list.htm

I ran across "Lerode fertase nieretas ociatoque pena tibmagnis lerosert dolore" on more than one.

My guess is someone is experimenting with website propagation, maybe even a little Search Engine Optimization testing.

I am starting to get interested because apparently someone has gone to a lot of trouble. Here is some additional research I did on Anderson himself awhile ago and posted on a forum:

" I have to agree. I spent some time digging around the web and couldn't find anything.
From his defunct wiki page:
"David Lewis Anderson (born in Weirton, West Virginia) is a physicist and United Nations Ambassador for Youth [citation needed]whose interests are in spacetime physics, special relativity and global community service. Anderson received degrees in engineering from West Virginia University (BSEE)[citation needed] and California State University (MSE)[citation needed] and Ph.D.s in physics and philosophy from the Joint-Services Military College[citation needed][citation needed], respectively. He was employed by the United States Air Force under the Air Force Systems Command conducting research and development at[citation needed] Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC) at Edwards Air Force Base in the Mojave Desert. Anderson's theories on time and energy have received significant coverage during his appearances[1][2][3][4] on national shows including Coast to Coast AM with Art Bell, his appearances on Other World Radio[5], and also as the narrator and host of the book and video documentary "Time Travel, Journeys into Time."[6] He has also made many appearances on radio and television in Europe and Asia discussing time and time technology.[citation needed]
Anderson's most notable theories focus on time-warped fields[7] and time reactor designs[8] that suggest the possibility to harvest energy from curved spacetime surrounding the earth caused by inertial frame dragging. He has published many articles[9] on the subject of time and spacetime physics that have been published on the internet and in media such as the Leading Edge International Research Journal[10] and the Spacetime Journal[11] and supports education of youth through regular lectures at schools throughout the United States and Europe.
Anderson is the president and founder of Anderson Multinational LLC based in Rochester, New York. Anderson's achievements in developing science and educational opportunities for youth earned him an appointment[12] in 2002 as an Ambassador for Youth for the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and appointment[13] in 2003 as an Ambassador for Youth for the Government of Romania. Anderson's global community service programs are managed through his foundation called the World Genesis Foundation whose mission is to "leave no child without hope for the future.""

Since it is the weekend, and the registrars offices are presumably closed, I will start with what I could find. There is no entity called the Joint-Services Military College. There is an entity called Joint Military Intelligence College.
Next he claims to have papers published in the Leading Edge International Research Journal (trufax.org), which sells books called the Matrix Series written by John Lear. I also did a search for The Spacetime Journal and the ISBN number listed on the bio page of andersoninstitute.com and came up with nothing, nada. Doing a search at the UN and UNESCO websites for "David Anderson", "David Lewis Anderson", "World Genesis", "Atlantykron" and "Ambassador for Youth" again brings up nothing other to bring to light the fact that there are no "Ambassadors for Youth", just "Youth Ambassadors" which is entirely different.
Anderson is listed as the owner or admin for the Worldgenesis.org and atlantykron.org domains.

With the time and effort, I almost have to wonder if this isn't for an ARG. This is a lot of effort to punk George Snoory. "

I double checked trufax.org and I would find it hard to believe a peer review journal would print stuff on alien abduction. And if the Lear I am thinking of is the John Lear mentioned earlier, he is a bit of a UFO wingnut.

Okay, this link is new since I did my initial research. And the link says copyright 2010. Looks like they still have some updating to do as a couple of sections are still filled with Lorem Ipsom.

http://www.safetyadvice.org/

When you click on the link the banner reads "Montauk Universal Healing and Learning Center"

Hmmm, I am still interested.

Okay, I had no energy today so I did even more digging since all I good for is couch sitting. He is on Facebook, so I sent him a message. And I joined the forum.
Very Happy

I may have found some additional things that at least on the surface look to be interesting. If they pan out I will post here.

added later: Man this is a rabbit hole, I did look into some of the other websites registered to David Anderson and found

chessmonster.org (look at the title! Very Happy )

And the contact information on chessmonster.org corresponds to thelondonhotel.com on which I found this comment:
Quote:
Attention: The Hotel London is just a website, offering virtual information about our future Project. Currently we do not operate any hotel in the same name. Please do not contact us for any booking purposes.

There was also really strange music on newming.net which does correspond to an actual restaurant called Ming II in Rochester. I am a noob to the whole ARG thing. Can you embed clues in music?
