Hello internets. It's me.
Self-explanatory really, step up to the mic and say hello, tell us as much of who you are that you care to share, why you're here and maybe your favourite German word.

I'm MikeyJ, I followed Perplex City until it left me, Routes and a chunk of Cloverfield, plus some bits and pieces in between. I'm here because all the other mods of Perplex City got jobs with them and left. My favourite German word is either schlieren or Schwartzwälde Kirschtorte. Which already breaks the rules. Twice.

Hey there,

I'm kosmopol aka Merzmensch
Cloverfield was my first looove. Well, not really, but my first ARG/ARE. I communicated with Rob and Co in Myspace, wrote a comics with HUD and translated Kishin from Japanese.
Since then I'm here at Unfiction, I'm so to say, an UF-resident, and I will be here, till the last server of unfiction will be shut down by evil forces.

I'm writing an ARG blog http://merzmensch.blogspot.com/ (in German) [where I report about JJ Abrams, Bad Robot and Paramount productions, and many other themes]
and doing ARG video podcast http://kosmocast.blogspot.com/ (with English subtitles). I'm about to cut my next videocast about Super8 with some visualizationz and stuff.

I have many favourite German words, since I'm living in Germany. But perhaps my favourite is Rindfleischetikettierungsüberwachungsaufgabenübertragungsgesetz
what is a German law "Cattle marking and beef labeling supervision duties delegation law". You can nickname it as a cute "RkReÜAÜG".

Ah, and Leonard Nimoy send me personally greetings. But that's another story.

Well, I'm Lairosiel, everyone calls me Lairo.. (that's my WOW nick, and I never changed it, because that's me.. Lairo like Cairo.. (god, I miss Man of the people haha))
Cloverfield was probably the first time I heard of ARGs, and that's why I started reading everything about..
Well, after I discovered the ARE for I am blind, I became active hehe.
And my favourite German word is Wurstwasser.
(but in general it's "cellar door" *wink*)

Most ARG's I've played either collapse or something come up in the real world and I miss out, so erm yeah I'm pretty useless really Embarassed

 		I'm Alex 'Altrus' Edwards and I joined back in 2007 after watching the 1.18.08 trailer.
I followed the ARG, including the fake 'MONSTER' UK Poster Debacle and all the speculation.

After Cloverfield, I got bored with ARGs, I tried one that caught my eye 'Emergency Subnet' but I was really the only player.

The other ones either went too fast, or did not interest me.
The did not interest me because I decided not to play any ARGs with a Trailhead like..

But this being connected to JJ, and having the similar start to Cloverfields ARG means I will follow it!

Also this poster sums up what this will become.


Wonder if we could do a Super 8 version?

Veteran of well, a lot of ARGs. XD I PMed Rookery Tower a number of years ago, which is probably my biggest claim to fame. Came in quite late on the Cloverfield ARG, so its nice to get a foot in the door on the new JJ Abrams project.

Much as I adore homemade games, its nice to play in a big one occasionally. Very Happy

 		Howdy!

I'm Euchre. Really, there's a fair number of people that actually call me that, or at least know me as that. I first arrived here as a result of searching out info about Cloverfield, which at the time was basically still just being referred to as 'that 1-18-08 thing'. After registering and months of speculation I was invited to be a mod here, most particularly for the Cloverfield forum. I got my title here as Game Warden after I tagged more than a dozen trout in one day in that forum. I've dabbled in a few other games along the way, most of them not the 'conventional ARG' (90 Day Jane; EidolonTLP; Tick, Tock; Skynet Research [aka Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles]), and am currently also playing Flynn Lives (Tron).

Can't decide if my favorite German word is Porsche or Nürburgring.
