Hmmm, I wonder if my webcam is funky. When I try the Sleep Superbly trial, the camera keeps flickering, and it doesn't register my blinks. I'll have to try it on another computer. Anyone having issues getting it to work on a Macbook integrated webcam?

I think this looks great! I'm excited about this one and the whole idea of crowdsourcing catching a serial killer. I love mysteries so this should be fun.

Serialhuntress shows an update planned for today. She is going to be posting an online video briefing - I didn't see what time, but it will be sometime today.

I looked at their forums. I just don't have time to try to post in two places. Usually a game will end up focusing on one forum or another. It would be good if important posts from that forum--from serialhuntress or other characters-- got copied here

I had my brother try it on an Alienware laptop using Firefox, and he had little trouble getting it to recognize his blinks. For the record, I was using Firefox when I tried it as well. After he took the trial, the avatar gave a little monologue suggesting that he continue to try, and it seemed like there was a garbled bit of audio that neither of us could make out. Probably not important, but worth mentioning.

Man, it's been ages since I've done ANY ARGs, but a Dexter one? I'm SO in.

I linked my Facebook account to Sleep Superbly. The avatar woman said my name during the session - creepy XD Gonna poke around and see if I can find anything.

EDIT: The video posted on F8 (Fate?)'s account isn't working for me....

Also I agree that it seems like it's some sort of cipher. I liked the phone number thing, but someone on the Serial Huntress site seems to have tested it out and not found anything. The placement of the actual cuts has me thinking it's not just a number. Auuugh. This stupid thing is just what I needed. Let's combine Dexter, which I already spend 85% of my time thinking about anyway, with alternate reality gaming, which has been known to turn me into a zombie in the past.
