 		So is he saying we have to find the person to solve it and then he kills them?Sounds like it to me sorta.So where would we find the tech?Or am I way off ?

Looks like the entire message is:

I came across this solution accidentally using http://nickciske.com/tools/binary.php to translate. I think they made a mistake in the binary, because I pasted in the numbers from uF I copied the quote box, so my text box was "Quote:0101010 (etc.)" and that allowed me to decode the second half. So basically if you tack on 6 characters to the beginning of the message you get the second half.

Heh, I guess it's better to be lucky than good, what are the odds of copying the exact number of extra characters you need. I noticed after that someone already solved it on the other site though. I haven't played any args in a couple years but I love Dexter!!

I was able to troubleshoot the binary... for whatever reason, the code becomes corrupt around the highlighted line.

I was able to find out the "corrupted" part.... full transcript below.

The implications of this is huge. Was f8 taking with Santos.... oh my god.

Santos let go of his control. All of these killings... are assisted suicides. I bet you anything that both of these victims wanted to die by f8's hand's, why? Because to let go of all control means to leave their fate in the hands of f8. To die is to let go of all control.

EDIT: Ah! Good job Jabroni... I think we found out at exactly the same time and by accident as well! Funny stuff.

 		I have been reading through the forum and noticed some discussion about who is behind the game. I did some snooping on the domain registrations, so Meta spoiler alert...

He was taunting Santos and Santos didn't even know it.

Wonder if anyone at the company translated that binary-- I wonder if Regis could have done so.

F8 must have known all about the audio surveillance, but I wonder why he didn't take all the audio??

He didn't necessarily know, although the fact that there's no audio of him killing Santos Jimenez on those tapes (presumably) seems to suggest that you're right; he probably did know. I wish there had been more, though. I was really hoping that we'd hear like an extended version of what happened.

But he leaves behind lots of things for us to find. Why didn't he take all of the audio? Why wouldn't he? He wants us on his side. He's trying to court us. He wants us to see how reprehensible the people that he killed were, which is why he tells us about how Matthiew Clarke stole Boris Gouza's identity, and why he lets us hear Jimenez making arrangements with a dirty cop. Not only that, but he probably also wants us to hear Jimenez calling the security company and making that mistake we now know to have been fatal.

Infinity's victims are far less deserving than Dexter's, though, at least according to the information we've gotten so far. None of Infinity's victims have killed anybody. Dexter would never have killed any of the people that Infinity has unless he found out about a murderous side of them.

Looks like I missed tonight's surprised. I'll try to dig further, though.

 		Well deserving would be a matter of opinion but I agree with you. But we don't have all the info on why they are victims yet.and im sure f8 thinks they are very deserving. But Im not saying hesitance is the same as Dex Smile

So I can't help it-- the blinking dynamite thing from the quote reminds me of Lady Gaga, except instead of singing "I am marvelous, I'm marvelous, so marvelous" F8 is singing "I am dynamite, I'm dynamite, so dynamite"

Sometimes I get a laugh out of the characters - the more pretentious and imposing they get, the sillier they seem (to me anyway.)
