I can't seem to complete the candidate verification form. My info isn't working. I checked my letter to verify, but if caps are important or there are any variations or something, I can't seem to figure it out. Might have to do with a non-US postal code? dunno. *sadface*
I don't want to re-register

I had a similar problem, then tried with a space between the A#A #A# and it worked...

So happy to be registered!

After reg, it said something about "Capt Coop notes you as an early registrant" or something like that...

And I think someone posted the "codes" on the reg form. I'll be checking that Shizzit for codes/clues....

Argh, I need some help, please! What exactly should I enter as my postcode if it only has four digits? I'm tried many combinations of numbers and spaces, but nothing seems to work!

If a leading blank space or leading 0 doesn't work, and typing it in correctly doesn't register, have you tried leaving it blank and submitting?

Perhaps if foreign mail codes didn't fit the database, they just skipped it? Doesn't seem likely but worth a try.

Otherwise, try emailing them your problem and ask for their solution. Hope it works soon.

Yeah, I tried all of those things and nothing worked, and when I left it blank, I received the message "WARNING: PLEASE ENTER A VALID POSTAL CODE". Oh well. I've emailed them, so I guess I'll just have to hold tight and wait for a reply.

Woo! I'm all registered!

I should note that even though I wrote and meant "TrueJournals" on my letter (and it appeared to be that in the reply), I had to enter "True Journals" to get it to work. So, if you can't verify, try adding a space at any spot that might make sense.

Also didn't get any verification e-mail. Now I'm really looking forward to seeing the truck so I can sing the theme song Razz

anyone else have special characters in their name?

DAMN!

Well ... I see quite a few "Letter Getters" have special characters in their names and/or cannot log in for various other reasons.

I've emailed "info" to see why this has happened.
As our letters clearly state our "Astronaut Name", why have they made this so difficult for those of us who have either gotten creative, or have Ñs or és in our chosen names?

Jumped up from the dinner table to run on over and sign up when the alert came from twitter. It took my Junior Astronaut name just fine. Can't wait to see what's next!

Notice if you say you are an existing recruit, the application sheet has one box initialed. It looks like MPZ ... not sure. But if you put new recruit it doesn't have the initial. Who do those initials belong to?

Maybe the recruits with the letter will be in the Super Speedflier Fleet! ^_^

So do you think this means that if I haven't received my letter yet, I'm probably not ever going to?

Send it again!?! Figured i'd probably ucked up, so send 4 applications again. Maybe the team anticipated it bc my astronauts name is already taken. If you try the new recruit application it says so. Anyway also did the new recruit application anyway.

Can't get mine to login either, I filled out the form with an exclamation point which was included with my reply, so I'm thinking that's the problem... I'll send the email as well.

Woohoo!

I get home and find this, which is great!
I'll let you guess what my astronaut name is.

So, who's good with sheet music? Can we get the song tune written up?

I don't know about anyone else, but I can't get into any of the secondary files found, all I get now is black text on white "Rocket Poppeteers". Methinks they may have closed up the leak.

(Come on guys, you had to know the folks at uF are that good. Don't launch something unless you want it found!)
