Nice going, phantom!

Now we have to find out what these Asian symbols mean. Also, 'Mathematica' in source code.

Had a friend tell me what this symbol means:
"It general mean not afraid of any suffer for pain by physical and mental or whatever."
ETA:
"to bear; to endure; to put up with
to be calloused enough to"
ETA2: Found the first symbol here:
http://orientaloutpost.com/shufa.php?q=endure
Meaning "Patience"
ETA2:
Later on in that same link the translation for both symbols says "Ninja"...

Maybe try overlaying the 2 images? I don't have photo editing software right now.

ETA: There seems to be a series of dashes that are part of the image. perhaps line the dases up to reveal a clue?

WARNING the link is one of those "SCARE YOU" flash things. NSFW!

and the URL "juin" means "June" in English

Maybe I should've spoilered that. Shocked Silly

I'm wondering if the "dashes" on the top of the image are remnants of the original text "Zoek de 3 verschillen in de foto!".

ETA: I can confirm that the dashes ARE remnants of the text. They line up with all of the "rounded" letters:
oede3escedeoo
Zoek de 3 verschillen in de foto

Dude, relax. This is OBVIOUSLY PART OF THE PUZZLE. I didn't post the link to be "juvenile". See my last post, the letters line up perfectly...
ETA: I've added a warning to the previous post. And I honestly did chuckle a little, so your "juvenile" comment isn't too far off.

Maybe there are some invisible layers in the image? That would fit perfectly in 'something behind you' thing. Don't have photoediting software here as well, could someone check it?

EDIT: if you open the image in paint, the slashes look like quite similar to Morze's code, something like –– ·–· ––– – –– which means 'mrotm' and doesn't make sense.

Just went back to the "recap" and saw this:
! Winners: Phantom321 (Unfiction) ; ??

Did someone get the Fjords?

ETA: Just noticed on the HTML header, the typical line that says:
html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"

now says:
html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1666/xhtml"

I guess that's about deciphering the first page by phantom.

EDIT: But why change the number? Merely a joke, perhaps?

Sorry, thought it was someone leaving a BS link to have a laugh at other peoples expense. My bad.
