Seeing as I'm useless at decoding ciphers, I decided to go over the videos again - anyone know what the weird green/yellow block is on the left hand side here?

the whois for the site has the guy's phone number. Is it a faux pas to ring numbers in these things when you get them from a whois? Still learning, here.

EDIT: Distilled, that's an artifact, from the video process. Or, it at least was put there to go along with the screwed up encoding process. It happens when data is lost or messed up in encoding. Given where it is on the video, the actual position, right next to where the "Other" GBJ is, I'd say it's probably meant to be there.

I ran the code through a cryptogram solver, and the closest thing I got to legible words was "THE EZTHWI".

Though, that still doesn't help much.

Huh, that's weird. I posted in facebook to see if anyone I knew could come up with anything. Strangely my brother posted the link to this thread, and then my other friend posted "THE EITHER" but I have no idea what that means. And he didn't tell me how he got it.

That doesn't necessarily make sense. The title of the tumbler pose was "What needs to be stopped?", so I would think the code would be the answer to that. "THE EITHER" is either an incomplete answer or something more cryptic that we thought, if it's even correct.

About the only thing that seemed relevent to it all was when I got a bunch of vowels, which tied in to the odd soundbyte. So many hours I coud have been asleep...................

So, what do we think 'The Ritual' applies to? Obiously IIAE believes it must be stopped. Sounds like something a bit different to going to Church..

Do you think we are waiting to see if anything else happens to GBJ, or do we think 'The Ritual' can lead us somewhere?
