Without having taken a crack at the codes yet (I'm still a newb, so I'm a little overwhelmed), I'm definitely getting a picture of a cult or something. Or maybe that's just how my brain works...

At 1:42 on IIAE's new video, all that's there is GBJ's hand when he's being dragged away.

The part of the code that's not morse or a number-letter code, looks like coordinates.

OK, yeah. I can't see anything particular at 1:42, although when the pause somehow turned to play on it's own, I nearly screamed. XD (it IS 2:15 in the morning, after all!)

I think they looked like coordinates, as well, but I haven't experimented with that yet.

It's not coordinates; it's a polybius cipher of some sort, I just haven't figured out the grid key yet.

It could be a Bifid cipher.

If it's a polybius cipher, though, how do you account for the single numbers? each set starts and ends with a single number. Don't you need double digits? Or am I just not looking at it right?

EDIT: Never mind, I'm looking at it wrong, clearly. Hmm. I think you're right about it being a polybius cipher.

On the 'look close' thing, it certainly seems to me that there is some white 'static' at the very bottom of the screen at 01:42/01:43 that could well contain a message. Can somebody more technically minded than me take a look? Save for constantly jabbing play and pause on the video, I have no idea how to try take a better look at it.

Oh, and hi. Long time occasional lurker here determined to get in on the ground floor for once.

Scratch that; it seems my rudimentary methods are good enough for now!

As far as I can make out, that says:

7354187724
735418 16157241813 19314 63167 18157241813 181525 13157241513 1842077
181523 1815726167 19314

...but it might be worth double checking that as I'm not entirely sure about the '0' towards the end of the second line.

And with that, I really will leave the next step to the experts as I have no idea where to go from here.

You beat me to this by a narrow margin. I've got some minor corrections, including punctuation. Code follows:

7354187724
735418-18157241813_19314-63167-18157241813_181523-18157241813_1842077
181523-1815726167-19314

Hopefully someone can do something with this...

well I was playing around with
Quote:
5,5-5,3-5,1 1,1-3,2-4,3-1,5-1,1-1,4-5,5 3,1-3,4-3,5-5,3 4,1-1,1-4,3-4,5 3,5-2,1 2,3-2,4-3,3.

assuming 5,5 is a letter, 5,3 and so on... I took a random grid and
translated it into MBC QSLTQRM AFGB HQLX BW SKD and run it through a cryptogram solver =
YOU ALREADY SHMO PART OF LIZ

taking another random grid it translates to ZWU KBNTKPZ EDFW LKNS FO
AHC =
YWC ALREADY KNOW PART OF HIS

Smile
coincidence?

edit: playing around with some other grids, and it always ends up with
something like YWC ALREADY KNOW PART OF HIS

(and just because I liked this picture.. I attached it ^^)

With all the - and _ all I can think of is some sort of web address. But as to decoding it, I'm totally clueless on what kind of code this even is.

Damn it sucks being in UK - always miss the updates to ARG's Sad

Also, quite funny how IIAE posted the latest under their login 'argjoe' Wink

Sorry, that's mean..

I'm going to take a look at the numbers and jazz!

Laro totally gets PROPS for being addicted enough to do not one but TWO grids. Smile My one grid is just about identical to your 2nd one and ultimately says: you already know part (or mark) of him

Ahaha....having not the tiniest bit of luck with the other nbr string yet am getting hooked also.

I'm a bit annoyed by the grid cipher...

Using a standard 5x5 grid cipher, the first digit is supposed to denote going down first and the second digit is for across.

If I decipher the grid codes in the standard way I get:

YOA AHNUAPY CRWO DANX WB LQM

If I decipher the grid codes the other way around I get:

YWU ALREADY KNOW PART OF HIM

Obviously the second letter has been done the wrong way around in following the grid process. Not a major thing - but these mistakes make it hard to play..

Or the errors need to be noted and are actually part of another code.
