 		Declan has suggested that someone visit the area Chad has been tweeting about, at Lake Simcoe, Georgina, Ontario. In the first picture Chad posted I did notice something odd about the No Trespassing sign behind the Iron Clad sign. To me it looks like a little cartoon face.

That weird writing on the picture of Caldron, the surveyor, Herbert Bonnabee's improbable lineage, the Professor getting weird messages from an aboriginal secret society and now this--I need to start getting rational. There's got to be something rational behind all of this.

Yay, fridge fodder. Seriously, that's it! No personal message, nothing. No evidence of her handwriting or anything. She must know that I would be suspicious until I at least received some evidence of her safety.

And what is with that message?! Damn it. Is there some sense to any of this? Is there some 'understanding' I'm supposed to take away from this message that i'm missing?

The attached picture was sent in compressed form with .PSD extention. It has 3 layers. Two layers are dots, and the remaining layer is the drawing of the people and the writing.

*eta Here's the drawing sent with the email. If I can figure out how to separate and save the layers, I"ll post each layer.

Maybe the snow are stars? Hmm...?

And also, I haven't read all the pages. Did any of you ever figure out what the gear, sun and arrows meant?

I did... The gear is Wokuta or w/e his name is, the technology God. The Sun is the mother and the arrows are the trickster, as seen in the video on APTN.

Hope this helps. =/ I could be wrong...

ETA: What does ETA mean? Haha Very Happy

EDIT: What is up with the lack of capitalization of the letter 'I'? In an official University letter you'd expect better standards...

 		I have no idea what to do with the email and picture Tristan sent. Maybe this is another one of those files that needs to be saved as a .rar file? Hoping maybe it's stegged, and "snowwillbeontheground" is possibly the password. If that's the case, than I'm not sure why it was done and sent in three layers. If I knew more about photoshop, maybe I could figure something out. Any photoshop experts out there want to give it a try? I can email the original file to you.

 		There has been an update at Iron Clad. If you click on the Nature's Hidden Beauty banner it takes you to the latest pdf file with the QR code.

Btw, I've tried changing the file extensions on a couple of the files that had hidden text in them, like gammacampsite, but it doesn't seem to work for me. I keep getting a message telling me the file is corrupt or unreadable. Never mind. Smile

I also got an email from Tristan, he is heading over the the library to check it out.

 		Wow, nobody's posted here for a week. I received the following email and attachment from Tristan.

Probed the locals a bit, they were fuzzy on the man, but the folks at the local seniors facility--GOLD. They let me in on the same premise for writing the article during their 'social hour'. Very nice peeps, staff were very cool about it.

So get this, a lot of them totally remember 'the Bonnabees', but they don't recall Herbert's childhood. They mentioned that he must have been a shut-in as a boy because no one ever knew him as a child and he was never registered at any of the regional schools. A few of them even assumed that Herbert had been sent away to school.

The Bonnabees in general were quite quiet. The father was often away at work, in the steel business further down south and no one can remember what his wife even looked like. A few of them speculated that she left her husband shortly after childbirth. Living in Selkirk, people were quiet and no one really bothered anyone else, but no one even remembers a funeral for the old man or his mother. They only remember that Herbert was the spitting image of his father and had taken over in the same line of business.

Apparently it took a while before Bonnabee sold the house he used to live in, despite never residing there once he'd become the success he is today.

I checked city records. Nothing in terms of birth or death certificates for any members of his family. Which is entirely curious right?

But THEN...I get home late last night though and I find this scan of Bonnabee's birth certificate in my inbox. It was almost lost as spam, but I'm guessing I've had the honor of being contacted by our elder friends, the grandfathers. I have to say my mind was blown. That said, the wave of flattery died down once i realized that nothing seemed amiss with the document. So I've attached it for you to take a look at. It somehow all seems in order, but then again I'm sure that they wouldn't have sent me this thing unless there was something I was supposed to see.

Hope you and the professor are keeping well.

I'm personally hoping that the Gods Lake deal falls through the second Bonnabee bites the dust. Maybe this whole thing could be over soon!

PS--Interesting fact by the way. Was in a diner and chatting with an intern at the local health center. Turns out the surveyor from a few weeks ago is still in a mental health facility--in Selkirk. He hasn't been returned home to his folks and from what the intern knew, there were no plans of that happening anytime soon.

 		I'm sure someone has considered trying to decode that backwards text on the birth cert, right? Don't bother. It is the same on the original:
