Cipher Help Needed

Admittedly, I am a noob at dealing with codes/ciphers. Can anyone give me a hand with this one?

Simple substitution.

Go to http://scottbryce.com/cryptograms/
Paste your ciphertext in the box near the bottom (where it says "Or enter a cryptogram here:")
Click on the button (OK, let's decipher this thing!)
The interface works in two steps: first you click on a letter in your ciphertext above, then click on a letter in the row below the line to choose what you want to change it to.
Make some educated guesses, such as

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

The first two words might be IT IS
The frequency chart at the bottom is only a guideline; usually the most common letter is 'E' so try that.

I have the solution, but I'd rather teach you how to work thru it yourself.
